The house is located on a 4000 m2 enclosed plot, south facing with a very bright kitchen, a living room with a wood stove, leading to a large terrace. Ground floor, a bathroom with shower. The floor consists of 3 bedrooms with 160 x 200 m beds and a full bathroom. The house is located in the hamlet of Saint-Anne, which finds its history in a chapel that is classified as a historic monument. The sea is less than 20 minutes away and the river is less than 5 minutes away.

Accommodation for 4 people, in the attic of our "château farm" farmhouse, stone farmhouse located on 1 hectare. Two bedrooms, each with a 140 bed and room for 2 more people (sofa bed in the living room: chapel ceiling). (10 euro extra/night for more than 5 people). Free baby kit. Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

You will enjoy a hilly area, a fishing pond, a 1st category stream for trout, a park with aviaries and exotic birds. The chalet is also close to sites such as the Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes, Rochefort en Terre, Guérande, Pénestin, the Branféré park, La Gacilly or the Brocéliande forest.
