In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. Two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed and Poss for 2 other people (BZ in the living room: chapel ceiling). (10 euros extra/night beyond 5 people). Free BB kit. Night at 70 euros, minimum 2 nights + 0.80 euros/tax/adult. Housekeeping not included (€20 extra if desired + €10/bed made) tranquility and change of scenery guaranteed.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

La Chandelle

La Chandelle, in the Hameau du Potager, is a Cottage in the Heart of the Domaine de La Breteche. The entrance is opposite the Château. The Jardinet gives direct access to Hole No. 1 and walks in the park. Quiet and magical place, outside of time for a complete disconnection. In Brière, close to the sea, many must-see places nearby to visit. The fireplace works but wood is not provided Linens provided.

Our studio 'Le Nid', 21 m2, located on the ground floor of our home, overlooking a small garden out of sight, near the city center, TGV station and Nantes canal in Brest. Equipped with a small kitchenette (microwave, small fridge, kettle), bathroom, with toilet and shower. Ideal for two people, with a 140 x 190 sofa bed (bed linen provided).
