At only 5 minutes away from an exit of the A43 highway, this house is ideally located. A traditional "Daupinoise" style house in a calm, rural environment. Panoramic view of the Alpes. Ideal for those looking to get a peaceful getaway. 25 mins drive to Lac de Paladru. 30 mins drive to Lac Aiguebellette. The three major cities of Lyon, Grenoble and Chambery at 45 mins drive and Annecy at 1 hour. Allotment next door has farm animals to interact with such as pigmy goats - horses and chickens.

We have renovated our grandfather's house as a family. We believe that you will have pleasant moments there. The house is ideally placed between Lyon- Grenoble- Chambéry close to the mountains, in the middle of the Dolphin countryside. (Lyon 30 minutes, Chambéry 25 minutes, Grenoble 30 minutes).
