The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

Stay in a quiet outbuilding on a 5000 m2 fenced property that is not overlooked. You have an outdoor terrace in the middle of a garden. You can stroll nearby on foot in the middle of the woods. You are 15 minutes from Saint Emilion, and 40 minutes from Bordeaux. Your accommodation consists of a 30 m2 main room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, 10 m2 toilet and bathroom as well as a 12 m2 bedroom.
