The weekend was very pleasant in a place with an exceptional panorama. Valerie was available and responded to my various requests with great responsiveness. Spacious and well located house in the city, all shops nearby, easy to park (free). Very well equipped with air conditioning in every room. The small private garden is great with pool and summer kitchen. 10 min from beaches

We loved our stay with Jérôme. The house was impeccable, very cozy and the garden, enchanting🤩. We all had what we needed. A real favorite. We also really enjoyed the communication with Jérôme and his family. They were very responsive, giving us all the information we needed to make the stay go smoothly. We'll be happy to go back☺️.

It went very well during our stay. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, very well equipped, nothing is missing. The pool is beautiful and the views are great. Host was very available and responsive. No complaints, I highly recommend it!

Easy access, nice private parking space and close to the property. Extremely well-equipped, new, clean and functional accommodation. Pleasant and well fenced exterior. Close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk, accessibility for people with reduced mobility and dogs allowed outside the beach surveillance period by lifeguards. Dog waste bag dispenser at the entrance to the path leading to the beach. Pleasant and responsive host👌. Everything you need to clean the accommodation at the end of the stay, appreciable. Several fans available, a plus for the mezzanine beds. This small accommodation is perfect for spending a few days out of the summer season with a quiet environment and beautiful vegetation.

We had a great time at Frédéric's place. It is very functional and Frédéric has thought of everything to feel at home. We were able to walk to the beach and enjoy all the nearby amenities. I recommend this little cocoon.

The casita is very nice, well equipped and impeccable. The area is very quiet. Gael is very friendly, provides you with local information (restaurants and places of interest) If you ask her a question, respond quickly. Would love to come back.

Best views of Collioure from the terrace. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Francoise was very friendly with lots of local recommendations and met us personally at both check in and check out. apartment had everything you could imagine needing during the week. a wonderful stay!

An excellent stay in this beautiful house!   We were won over by the splendid (and panoramic) sea view as well as the exceptional setting that this house offers, faithful to the photos of the listing. The location of this place in La Franqui is ideal and we were able to do everything on foot (access to the beach and many walks from this location). The house is very pleasant from the outside (wooded and shaded garden in places, several well-appointed and equipped terraces, with comfortable furniture). It also has an impeccable interior, clean, bright, practical, with warm and neat decoration in all rooms and super well equipped especially in the kitchen (good equipment, storage, lots of dishes and household products available...). Like us, you will not miss anything during your stay and you may be sorry, when the time comes, to leave this haven of peace.

Excellent quiet stay, only small downside, too bad that the car is in the street... Off season no problem but in high season it must be complicated... after that, very accessible on foot to the beach and all shops and restaurants, very nice... As a bonus, the view of the parakeets in the morning and evening... a magnificent show...

All good Clean and comfortable relaxing

The house is large, sparkling clean and nicely decorated. The equipment is very complete, nothing is missing. The center of Perpignan is about 20 minutes walk. The swimming pool is not very large but does provide a pleasant coolness.

This is a beautiful spot, close enough to walk to the beach and town, but far enough away to feel peaceful. It was very clean and well stocked with coffee and other basic necessities. Argelès sur Mer is a lovely town and very well situated for exploring other areas nearby. The beach was sublime! We hope to return some day!

This is the second time we have stayed in the village of sands but if the first time was pleasant, this second experience was downright exceptional. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated, the play of light through the windows was very well thought out. It's a peaceful getaway just a short walk to the beach. Our host was very proactive and flexible with our check-in and check-out times which allowed us to make the most of this stay. A big thank you to her for such a warm welcome.

Perfect Airbnb, we had a great time. Everything was perfect. The place is quiet, very well located, impeccably clean. Hosts are responsive and extremely kind, small touches in addition. Absolutely perfect.

The accommodation and especially the view from the terrace to the sea is simply beautiful. We enjoyed staying there. The apartment was perfectly equipped for our needs. We were especially grateful for the available e-bikes, so we could take many excursions into the beautiful surroundings. We are very grateful for the time in Banyuls, can highly recommend the apartment and would like to come back.
