This beautiful apartment with underground parking in Saint Malo was located directly beside the beach - it even had its own private underground access to the beach!!! We will most certainly be coming back for a longer stay very soon.

Fantastic location! Just steps away from the sea. The house was perfect & also well stocked.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment and in Saint-Malo: We were able to cook excellently in the very well-equipped kitchen and sit comfortably on the terrace "in the greenery". Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet. In the immediate vicinity, there is a bakery, cafes, restaurants with varied flavors and shops; the old town is within walking distance. We were very pleased - thank you Francoise!

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from amenities for our one year old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy Granville city center only a ten minute walk away. Granville station is easily accessible. Local shops are nice, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also very close. We had a pleasant stay in Granville. A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! Sandrine and Bruno are very welcoming hosts and responsive to messages sent to them. The apartment is very clean and very conveniently located, everything is within walking distance.

We had a great extended weekend at Catherine's apartment. It is quiet, beach views, within walking distance. Free parking all around and perfectly located. Everything is in this accommodation, you will feel at home. Catherine welcomes you with a homemade cake, a delicate touch that is a pleasure. We will be back!

We stayed at the property for two days to explore St. Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel, Dinard, Dinan and Dol from here. Everything was super clean and Claudine was very nice. She even provided us with some products for our breakfast. Thank you!

Great stay! The place is beautiful, both inside and outside, very peaceful and welcoming. We were very comfortable in the spacious house: two bathrooms, three bedrooms, seating furniture for everyone in the living room and outside. The house is light and well airy. The house is well signposted with signs on the outside and the self check-in went well. The accommodation is close, by car, to several places we wanted to visit. Anne was very accommodating for our needs, responded and moved quickly if we had any questions.

We had an extended weekend in this beautiful house that has just been built. It is very large and the landscape is splendid from almost all the rooms. We were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the hot tub. We'd also like to thank the concierge for their welcome, advice, kindness and responsiveness.

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

The location of this accommodation is perfect for discovering the bay of Mont Saint Michel. The house and large garden are very well maintained. Everything was perfect, we didn't miss anything. Dominique is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful host. She told us about the surroundings very quickly, and gave us all the information we needed before and during our stay. Very attentive to our needs. We thank Dominique very much for her hospitality and all her small touches that made our stay unforgettable. We felt right at home and our exchanges were very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Great stay at Zabeth and Pascal's. Nice personal reception, with explanation of the excellent equipment and the area. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. Therefore, it is very quiet in the street and no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

We had a really wonderful, restful stay. The flat was light and airy and comfortable and was just as Alexandra had described it. We enjoyed walking along the pathway to St Cast, or just popping down to one of the restaurants below the appartment for supper. We made lots of little excursions west and east along the coast but also enjoyed coming back “home” to just sit and enjoy the comings and goings below in the port.

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

Beautiful apartment located a stone's throw from the beach for beautiful walks and not far from the city center. We did everything on foot. There are all the amenities available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key exchange despite our train delay!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The place was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

This was a great apartment. We have been here for 7 days, wandered around a bit and got to know Saint Malo. We would love to come back and we recommend this to anyone who is going to spend a few days in Saint Malo.

We recommend this accommodation for several reasons: professional and warm welcome from Laurence, very well-equipped and very clean accommodation, proximity to the city center (walk, bakery, shops), a very well-stocked market about 6 minutes from this accommodation, the beach about a ten-minute walk and large houses with beautiful architecture.
