Beautiful environment for this very nice and pleasant studio. It has all the necessities for a great stay. A sea view from the sublime garden that you can enjoy. A stone's throw from the city center and restaurants, with a beautiful walk on the Pointe d'Erquy. The welcome is very pleasant and friendly. Recommended without hesitation.

Highly recommended apartment, right on the sea - just 10 minutes to Duss in the center of Saint-Maliô intra muros. Free parking at the church 5 min walk - there is also a Carrefour City, which is open until 10 pm. Great apartment that offers everything, nice contact with Nathalie and Adam - great environment - highly recommended.

The unit is very well equipped and matches the listing. There are various very well designed spaces. The hot tub area is a real plus. Would definitely stay there again.

Thank you Severine for a lovely relaxing stay in L’Emeraude and for being such a welcoming host. The studio is very well equipped and the surroundings are beautiful. It’s also well placed for visiting St Malo, Dinan and Dinard and is a good location for cycling.

we spent 1 night in this super cute studio, very well arranged with everything you need. the place is super quiet indeed but it was perfect for us. super bedding, overhead projector at the top, super cool exterior, and thank you again for all the small touches on our arrival (cold cans, sweets, small cakes) we highly recommend and will keep this little place in mind for a future stay. Great stay in this quiet country house but with a nice location since it is minutes from the road infrastructure making it easy to travel to Rennes and its surroundings. House particularly well maintained and very well equipped with quality utensils, accessories and furniture. Very friendly welcome and particularly responsive host.

Our stay was not planned , so we had to find a last-minute accommodation for family reasons, and we found this charming house where we spent a small week with a very large garden and a large trampoline that delighted our daughter. The place is very quiet. a very nice house, special mention for the kitchen , which is equipped with a semi-pro , with good quality equipment. The beds were very comfortable, we slept very well. i thank Boris for his responsiveness as soon as we had a question and a great exchange. To conclude, I recommend this charming house for a stay , a 10-minute walk from the beach which is very pleasant, especially when the weather is nice. Happy hosting

The accommodation was as described, clean, well-equipped and ideally located for visiting the area and in particular Mont Saint Michel which is 30 minutes' drive away The host was very responsive and attentive, with good recommendations for exploring the area. we were hosted very well by Karine. the accommodation is very well furnished for 4. it's all there. Close to the Emerald Coast and Mont St Michel. clean accommodation. and well provided with dishes and utensils. with starter kit (for kitchen).

A lovely apartment in a great location with stunning sea views, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, we highly recommend a visit.

A very good location to have access to Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo or Cancale: everything is nearby and the coast is not far. Good for a few days, as we were on the road and it's a little noisy. We enjoyed the terrace, pool and sauna. The whole people who take care of the place were lovely! Small amenities would be a plus (hairdryer, iron...). A quick snack service or a distributor would be super nice too, the local restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival and, after the road, we don't necessarily want to pick up the car for shopping. Great value for money! Thank you we'll most certainly be back. 😊

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back

We had a great time at Florence's who was always responsive and accommodating. We would recommend this small haven of peace without hesitation! The +: a few steps from the shops (great "Maison Malécot" bakery for lovers of good breads and cakes🙂) and the beach.

Anne's apartment is a rare gem, spacious, quiet, bright, clean, very well equipped, there's everything, tastefully decorated, very charming, a very cute terrace, a parking space, there's really good energy and you feel good right away!! Ideally located for visiting Saint-Malo, there's everything you need nearby and 10 minutes from the old town, just perfect! We had a wonderful week and will return to this apartment without hesitation if we return to the area. Thank you so much for your kindness Anne.
