I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Village house, you can enjoy the new terrace and its barbecue over the valley, close to a convenience store in the village of Boisset, bakery and a restaurant. 10 km from the town of Maurs with its shops and market every Thursday, Aurillac and Figeac 30 minutes away. 40 minutes from the large relaxing lake of Saint-Étienne-de-Cantalés with small shaded beaches for picnics.
