Stay 10 days in this amazing home! Very comfortable, beautiful and tastefully decorated and everything was present. Special compliment for the delicious bed. Made a lot of use of the beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The surroundings are worth exploring. Montpelier is beautiful and close to Matelles is very nice and friendly. Also visit the caps along the Hérault. In short, a great stay and definitely recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Hervé's place! Hervé was an incredibly responsive host—our plans kept changing due to a flight cancellation, but he took all the stress out of the situation and was always quick to help us adjust. He made us feel very welcome from the start. The house is beautifully appointed, with top-notch amenities like a great pool, table tennis, and a basketball hoop—there was no chance of getting bored, yet it was also a wonderfully relaxing space. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram. We had a wonderful time—Merci for hosting us, Hervé! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room to relax. It wasn't warm enough to use the pool, but the area around the pool and terrace was very inviting and comfortable.

Very good stay in this well-located, spacious and pleasant villa. The exteriors are particularly successful: clean swimming pool, very appreciable jacuzzi, comfortable outdoor furniture… Perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather in complete relaxation! The villa also offers a good level of equipment inside, with three comfortable bedrooms and a large dressing room. A few small cleanliness issues could be improved... Very responsive and available host for all our needs Beautiful place for holidays for families or groups of friends. We recommend it!!!!

We stayed in this accommodation with friends for oral exams in Montpellier, halfway between revisions, relaxation and shared moments. The place was perfect for this special time: the pool is really nice, ideal for cooling off between two sessions, and the plancha was a real plus for our outdoor dining. The interior is very functional, well-equipped, especially the kitchen which is great. The air conditioning really relieved us with the heat of the moment. And above all, the owners were very nice and welcoming. Comfortable and convenient accommodation, in which we felt good from start to finish. Thank you for this trip!

This villa is a real rare gem, beautiful decoration, very clean, super well-equipped. It was a pleasure to spend a stay here in a quiet neighborhood and by a nice pool with five friends! The contact Chloe with whom I spoke throughout the stay (and before) is very responsive and very nice. I am someone who is very perfectionist and who usually notices the small details but I have nothing to complain about. I am perfectly satisfied with this weekend in this house. I highly recommend the place if you're looking to unwind in peace and affordable luxury!We were in a car but there is a tram nearby that allows easy access to the Montpellier network.

We had a great time with the family and we will not hesitate to rent the Airbnb again. The house is very spacious and well-equipped, the terrace is very nice and not overlooked. All decorated with taste. The location inside the ramparts is ideal. Audrey was extremely kind and dedicated to our well-being, (very flexible, quick response and local recommendation). I even got little welcome gifts for Mother's Day. It was also very convenient to have parking included in the rental. I would highly recommend it!

Extremely lovingly designed little cottage with a wonderful garden and a very very cozy open fireplace in the garden (equipped with a pivotable barbecue device that was brilliant - cote du boef - was!). Everything worked just fine - and the Maison enchanted us with its charm. Excursions in all directions possible - Nimes is always worth a trip! And - for cooking lovers - a great gas stove and ALL the knives were sharp! We can only recommend this place and thank Aubin and his team for their hospitality. With larger cars you should take the driveway into the village from above, from below - on the direct path - it gets a bit tight....

Extremely responsive hosts, no complications, very well-equipped with everything, from BBQ to kitchen tools, nice and modern, tasteful interiors. And the view from the bedrooms‘ balconies was simply amazing.

Lovely apartment with great attention to detail, well accessible by car. It was surprisingly spacious and extremely well equiped. We loved it and can definitely recommend! It's a more isolated village, but lots of nature and activities to do nearby

Excellent welcome from Claudine and her husband in this pretty house impeccably clean, it is comfortable and full of charm, we found everything we needed to stay in very good conditions, the garden and the terrace are real plus, shops a few steps away, very well located for being close to Montpellier while being quiet in a pretty town. Great stay, we felt right at home! The house is spacious, well-equipped, in a quiet area, well located in relation to Montpellier but also to Pic Saint Loup and other typical villages. A house that lives up to our hope and totally pleasant for 8 people (including 4 children). We feel very comfortable, it is very functional and the instructions are very clear! Yohann and Vivien advise us to make ourselves at home and that's what we felt for a week! The kitchen is superb and very well equipped, we had the opportunity to make our own pizza with a pizza oven, good barbecue. The pool is great and there are no opposite on the outside, very nice too. We highly recommend her and would be glad to stay with them!
