Secure parking in the residence is a real plus. We had a great time at this cottage. It is in a good location, particularly quiet, and well-equipped. Nothing to say about cleanliness. The only downside for us was the bathroom, with a sink (rather than a real sink), a little stuck next to the toilet. However, given the layout of the place, it might have been difficult to do better. Clément is a really lovely, welcoming, available, caring person and always ready to help or meet our needs if necessary (I have rarely met this with other providers). The relationship with them is simple and direct. It almost feels like being hosted by a friend. We would have been happy to go hiking with him (I'm sure he would have accepted if that had been the case!). There is more good advice. We recommend this cottage!

Accommodation in a quiet neighborhood of Montpellier and close to the Tram. Very spacious with a very nice terrace. All the comforts were there. We felt right at home. We will come again Thanks

I have rarely been in such a well-equipped and clean, convenient accommodation. It's better than the pictures. Very convenient to get to the city center by tram (a few steps from the apartment). The car space in the garage is a great perk. The building is quiet, modern, beautiful. Anthony is very responsive and adapted to our check-in and checkout schedule. Highly recommend this apartment. Beautiful apartment, beautiful terrace on Carnon beach. Great bedding and furniture. Underground parking space. All within walking distance. I would recommend it 100%.

This apartment is a haven of peace and quiet! It is located in a quiet residential area, which allows you to fully enjoy the two terraces available. There is a lot of equipment available in the kitchen, the bathroom is also very nice. Beware of the ceiling height of the mezzanine which will not please those who are too tall, and the stairs to access it which can be impressive... But personally I found this space very cozy! The tram is a 5-minute walk to reach the city center quickly; and several university campuses are within walking distance of the apartment.

What a fantastic place! Top floor of an apartment right in the heart of Montpellier with restaurants, bars, bakeries, stores - pretty much everything within minutes. Being on the top and with a good size balcony was really what made this place special. We had breakfast daily on the balcony and then a nightcap after our day’s adventures looking at the lights of the city. Having the bed up in the loft made the place feel even bigger. AC worked fine and communication with Chihab and Melissa was great. We’d definitely come back here and stay for a longer time.

As everyone else has stated, this is a really fantastic place to stay. The apartment is really lovely - huge windows, great light, even more spacious than it appears in the images. It's a very well appointed Airbnb, and felt more like an actual home than many do these days, but without any clutter or unnecessary knickknacks. The location is great, with most anything in town being a very walkable distance, and the train station is only about five minutes away. Nicholas was very helpful and communicative, and we would highly recommend him as a host.

Julien's space was as advertised. The highlight was the balcony; when we weren't exploring the city or sleeping, we were on the balcony with breakfast or sharing a bottle of wine in the evening. The kitchen was serviceable, I wouldn't cook a meal in there as there aren't any spices but with the wonderful restaurants around there was no need to cook. The air conditioning was great but the bedroom could use a fan as the cool from the AC didn't travel. I have only two complaints: first, there weren't any instructions for the washing machine (we eventually bought our own laundry detergent and found a drying screen on the balcony as the dryer didn't seem to work). Second, it took them at least 8 hours to respond which if there had been a real issue we've would've been SOL. Thankfully there weren't any issues so it didn't affect our stay. I would have no qualms about staying here again or referring people to stay at Julien and Yohan's!

Anais and Jonathan's accommodation was nice for a short weekend, close to the beach and shops. The pool is shared but we enjoyed it when we returned from the beach, there was no one there. Great, I recommend it. Jonathan was accommodating with our slightly delayed departure schedule. Thank you 😉
