We have just made our dream come true: to create a cocoon in Brittany, facing the sea. This is a 40 m2 apartment located in a beautiful Malouine villa, completely refurbished and designed by an interior designer. We are located less than 10 meters from the sand of the Grande Plage de Saint-Cast and a five-minute walk (dragging) from the center of the seaside resort. Ideal for a couple with children, like us. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

We rent our 23 m² studio perched on the top floor of the "Rochers": the only building in Castin at the water's edge! Located in the heart of Les Mielles, the shopping center, you can access it by the road leading to the port or directly by the Grande Plage, and enjoy, on foot, almost everything our beautiful seaside resort has to offer. (7 beaches, many restaurants, shops and markets, marina, adventure trail, golf, fishing, horseback riding, GR 34, etc...)
