Laëtitia is a friendly and accommodating host. The apartment is as advertised. Tastefully decorated, it is very pleasant and functional. A stone's throw from the beach, close to amenities, shops and restaurants. My business stay was well enhanced thanks to Laëtitia and her accommodation!

We had a great time at Kevin and Mickaël's! Really friendly hosts, a very clean studio, which keeps you cool in the heat. There is also good bedding! From the accommodation, everything is done on foot or by bike.

In total agreement with the positive comments of other visitors: you can go there without so much as a second thought. A significant advantage: the private parking space, especially in high season. In short, an ideal vacation spot. Also worth mentioning: the excellent sound insulation of the bay windows, and the whole building which is very quiet. A great apartment!

Clean and nice place. An enclosed exterior so ideal if children (and animals which is our case). 5-minute walk to the sea by a rather pleasant little path. I recommend it.

Excellent stay in this very beautiful welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very beautiful and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Very nice house, well decorated and well equipped and extremely well located. Beaches, supermarket, bakery (very good) WALKING DISTANCE. Sainte Marie is a lovely village. The coastal trail that connects Pornic to Préfailles is wonderful. We'll be happy to go back!

As soon as we arrived, the charm worked. This house, thrown there, facing the vastness of the sea, is one of those places that imposes itself by its obviousness. It doesn't tell stories; it allows you to live them, offering a setting where time slows down and you reconnect with the essentials. A memorable stop, where the sound of waves becomes the soundtrack of a rediscovered serenity. Thank you to Jean-Michel and Cécile the owners for their flexibility. The apartment is comfortably furnished, very clean and a whole garden with terrace, parking and loungers under palm trees is also for free use. Sylvia was waiting for us directly at check-in and was always approachable and very helpful. The accommodation is superbly located and only 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Mosquito nets on the windows (at least in the bedroom) might be useful. We felt at home, thank you to Sylvia and Nathalie!

Very nice apartment. Well equipped, even coffee capsules were replenished in the stock by the very friendly Valery. Convenient parking, pleasant 10-15 minute walk to all major shops and many good restaurants. For two people, the apartment is ideal.
