The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, fridge freezer, microwave. The apartment is on one level on a small garden at your disposal.

It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. Fairly quiet passage, central (lots of shops nearby) and very little noise. It can be for hikers and admirers of views, the starting point for hiking excursions by the sea (GR34 towards Pointe du Grouin or towards the bay of Mont St Michel).
