Pleasant, functional and well-located accommodation, ideal for our week-long stay.

Great stay in this small quiet apartment despite overlooking the main street of Loudenvielle. It is located in the middle, so everything is within walking distance. Surrounded by very good restaurants (L'Ardoise, L'Escapade), and shops (pharmacy, Intersport, Carrefour) within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is very well thought out, functional and practical, with a beautiful garden overlooking the mountains, a real little paradise! Françoise was very responsive, and gave us some great tips/addresses, always with a smile, so it will be a pleasure to come back for a future paragliding course!

We came for the Hautacam Trail (5-minute drive from the start) and had 4 days of beautiful weather. The view of the mountains is magical and the accommodation is superb (tastefully decorated). We didn't miss a thing. This place is in a great location for hiking and visiting... And although we did not meet Jean François, our exchanges before and during the stay went very well: Jean François and his wife are very responsive.

We had a very nice week in Luchon. The apartment is as advertised. Super convenient reserved parking space. Everything can be done on foot: cinema, thermal baths, restaurants and bars, casino express, hiking trail... Very nice city center. Very bright apartment, pleasant to stay in... nice little balcony for a coffee in the sun with a very nice view of the snow-capped peaks. small but efficient bathroom.

Very easy to find and walkable from the train station. Easy to walk anywhere in town as well. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. They had great recommendations for food and activities around Lourdes. Definitely a great stay!

Peaceful and Welcoming Stay for Our Lourdes Pilgrimage We’re two friends who came to Lourdes on pilgrimage for the first time. I booked this Airbnb because it was close to the Sanctuary—where everything happens—and had great reviews. We weren’t disappointed. Olga and Krytz were great hosts, responsive and always quick to reply (usually within 20 minutes) whenever we had questions about taxis, luggage storage, and so on. The apartment was just what we needed. It’s spacious, quiet, and has beautiful views over the rooftops—you can see the fort, the basilica, the mountains in the distance, and even the house where St. Bernadette’s family lived. The beds were very comfortable, and we both slept really well. I’m a light sleeper, but it was so peaceful I could leave the window open at night and wasn’t disturbed at all. It took me about 8 minutes to walk to the Sanctuary (I walk quite fast), and my friend, who has a health condition, took about 15 minutes. There's a very handy outdoor esc

Emilie's accommodation is spacious and bright. While being quiet, it is close to the surrounding activities. The renovation of the barn is well thought out and remains in the spirit of the hamlet. The house is well equipped, it feels good. Emilie and her spouse are also very welcoming, they gave us good advice to keep us busy for a few days. We will return without hesitation if we return to the area.

A beautiful place in Luchon

How does one find enough superlatives to describe a phenomenal Airbnb experience? When I chose this rental, I didn’t quite understand that it’s what Americans call a Mother-in-law apartment. Completely private and autonomous yet connected to the hosts’ large home. The apartment overlooks the hosts’ small family farm. Chickens, geese, sheep, vegetables, and flowers and trees galore. Renowned architect Maurice Sauzet designed the structure. Americans will think of Frank Lloyd Wright. Wonderful. Inside you enjoy the ingenuity and dedication to top quality materials, construction, appliances, functionality and beauty. Plenty of storage. Zero clutter. Super-comfortable bed. I spent hours on the patio looking out over the trees and livestock to the snow-capped Pyrénées. Walks up the street to the top of the hill. Star-gazing at night. Discovering the rich history of the region. Please only rent this Airbnb if you’ll respect and appreciate the best in lodging and human kindness!

A more than good first experience on Airbnb. Very well received by the hosts. The accommodation is as described, well-equipped, comfortable, cozy. Beautiful view, quiet area. Paths and hikes from the chalet, no need for a car. We loved it. Thanks for hosting us.

The welcome from Nelly and her husband was very nice. They were responsive to our requests. The house was cozy and warm, matches the photos. The kitchen was very well equipped. The garden is a real plus. We weren't able to enjoy the BBQ but the setting is perfect for it. The bedding was good quality. The house is quiet and close to interesting tourist sites, and markets during the week in the surrounding towns. Don't hesitate.

Beautiful accommodation with functional living room, and 2 bedrooms upstairs with their bathroom + toilet, which is comfortable if you come with your friends. This is the first time we have arrived in a very very equipped accommodation, which is very convenient because there is nothing to bring, and we have everything we need. The property overlooks the main road to Campan. The accommodation is quite well insulated phonically, and traffic noise remains low (booking in May at a time when there are not too many vacationers). We were able to find parking on a nearby street. Thanks for the welcome cake. Next door, a saleswoman with her truck that sells local products at a good price (cheeses, meats).

The Aframe house is isolated with a gorgeous view. Our 10 day stay was accentuated with dodging sheep and cows in the road and frequent walks. Serge and Danielle were great hosts.

Great option for families. We were 2 families with kids, and we were super comfortable. It is very appreciated that he allowed us to leave later on the last day, being able to take advantage of the day of skiing. Super recommended.

The ground floor apartment is very nice, it is convenient to access for luggage. It is very well equipped and very clean, the view of the mountains is superb and the terrace is very nice. Michel is a very welcoming host and offers good advice.

I am very happy with the stay I had with my children in David's home. He was very responsive, attentive, gave good advice and was conciliatory. I think the apartment is very well laid out for a small space and really well-equipped, there is everything you need on site! I keep in touch because ideally located in the heart of the resort (it's beautiful in spring for nature lovers) it must be great in winter too!! The few shops nearby are closed out of season but if you plan everything in advance, it's not a problem, on the contrary, absolute calm.

We needed calm and there we found some. We were able to take walks all around... Gavarnie circus, heavy, animal park... despite the bad weather we didn't get bored. There are all the necessary shops in the village. The place was perfect. the view of the mountain and the creek very soothing.
