Condo vacation rentals in Saint-Avé

Rozenn was always just a text away! The private parking was wonderful in a covered garage, just a few minute's walk from the door. We stayed 5 nights and were completely comfortable and had restful nights of sleep. You can easily walk to the city center and there are two grocery stores close by if you should need them. Rozenn is a thoughtful host and has a beautifully decorated and stocked apartment. It is clean, spacious, updated and cool on hot days! We will surely stay here again when we visit Vannes in the future.

A great place to explore Vannes from. Just a short walk through the park to the old city. Had all we needed for our 3 day stay. easy access and parking included.

We enjoyed being able to park at the foot of the building and being able to walk to the city center. Vannes is a pleasant town close to the sea, the apartment is very comfortable and quiet, it includes all the necessary amenities. We recommend it.

A very bright, functional and nicely decorated apartment with a ground floor and small well-secured garden. The maintenance is optimal and the amenities well thought out. Bedding and sofa bed are also very comfortable. A charming, particularly peaceful town, just steps from the sea, with beautiful hiking trails. Claire is absolutely charming, responsive and attentive to her tenants.

Our stay at Cémaé's was perfect. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is close to a supermarket and pharmacy as well as the city center. The terrace is quiet and pleasant. No one is facing each other. We slept really well. Cémaé is responsive and friendly, as well as flexible, which we greatly appreciated. Possibility of parking 1 car on site. There is room to park additional cars nearby. A real gem in Vannes. Thank you Cémaé, for this wonderful welcome.

Very cozy accommodation, well-appointed, neat decoration, located in a quiet residence. Very convenient to have a parking space and small garden.

The house feels like a home, it has everything you need for a good stay. We were able to use the laundry room and the patio is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance and there is room to park at the door. Highly recommended stay!
