Le Grenier, charming cottage

Le Grenier is a small cottage in part of a small domaine on the side of a hill in the Dordogne. It has its own small private garden, with outside dining area. There is a beautiful pool shared between the other on-site properties and relaxation area. You can hire the Le Grenier alone, or perhaps add the other two properties. In total you could accommodate 10. Le Grenier has two bedrooms in the attic, so there is compromised headroom. There are two shower rooms, luxury linen and towels. There’s a full kitchen, laundry facilities, wifi and a Smart tv. There is no air conditioning, there are fans.

Périgord Vert 15 km from BRANTOME, 2 km from LISLE (All shops). Close to the Dronne (500 m) for swimming, fishing or canoeing Charming cottage, former stone dryer, composed of 3 bedrooms, one of which is on one level with a double bed and a shower room + toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed, another with a double bed + a single bed and a bathroom with toilet. Large living room with open kitchen, access to large terrace with magnificent views of the countryside. Private and enclosed garden.

A former Atelier sympathetically converted and modernised to be a fresh bright fully self contained and equipped one bed gite. In a peaceful rural location. Perfectly located equidistant from Bergerac, Sarlat and Perigueux, giving you convenient access to all the gems that the Dordogne has to offer. It has it's own private terrace with hot tub (available from Oct-Apr), covered outside dining area. For those cooler months there is a wood burning stove (logs provided).

It is spacious, light and airy with French windows overlooking its own picturesque water source and paddocks. Set in a private and quiet location, but within a 10 minute drive to local shops and 15 to town and airport.The fully equipped kitchen includes a Dishwasher.

Charming house with direct access to the pool

The Gîte de la Grange was built in 2014 in an outbuilding of the old farmhouse dating from the 18th century. Independent and well-equipped, it combines comfort and modernity in a cozy atmosphere. The main facade faces south and the living room overlooks the swimming pool surrounded by walls, accessible from the sunny days. It is adjoining our house but not overlooked.
