Friendly and vibrant village. Five minute walk to bar, boulangerie, butchers, grocery, pharmacy, doctors, hairdresser and post office. Exclusive use of garden and summerhouse with barbecue. Bio cotton bedding. 4km from N10 giving easy access to Ruffec or Mansle with supermarkets bars restaurants, markets. Both 15mins drive. This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The house is located on a property that includes two units, including mine. The garden and its many species of plants make it a true haven of peace... I make the second house, the facilities, and the amenities available to visitors. On the agenda: swimming pool, barbecue, ping pong and a game of darts! 30 minutes from Angoulême and 45 minutes from Cognac. Close to shops and the N10, less than 10 minutes away.
