An apartment of 75m² on the ground floor of our Gîte du Mercadal. The two apartments in this villa are for short term rentals. A connecting staircase but well separated with closed doors. Bedlinen and towels included. You also have the possibility to rent the whole house. (5-6 rooms) Enjoy a quiet stay in a comfortable apartment. Beds are made on arrival and cleaning at the end of your stay is included. Secure parking. BBQ area on the terrace.

It has a bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with large screen and Netflix, three bedrooms each with a workspace, and respectively a 160, 140 and 120 cm wide bed, ideal for 4–5 people. In the common area, a weight room.

Our very spacious house ( classified 3* ) is located in a small village at the foot of the mountains, 18 km from the resort of Monts d 'Olmes and 7 minutes from the castle of Montségur. The house is composed, on the ground floor, of a large living room (100 m2) and on the floor of a large bedroom with bathroom + dressing room, two large bedrooms and a bathroom. You can enjoy the small garden and park your vehicles there.
