Had an amazing stay at Pankaj’s place in Nainital! Perfect location in the main market, super clean, and close to all major spots. Ideal for a group of friends or family. The host was helpful and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The place is amazing, the hosts were great. They have a 24/7 care taker in the property named Sachin, who took care of all the needs we had on commuting, eating and sightseeing. The rooms are exactly as described in the listing, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Though the property requires some stairs and I understand it is structurally required because if the terrain of the houses Nainital, and the hosts really cannot do anything about it, but Shivang was really helpful to inform us of the prior to that, and since no one among us had any mobility issue, we were fine. But for someone who has, this property is not recommended. The property is walking distance to the bustand and there are lot of eateries and activities to do around the area. The furnishings in the property were new and fairly maintained, the bedsheets were fresh and the blankets were good and fresh too. The bathrooms were clean and modern, kitchen had all the amenities. Overall our stay was amazing.

We were traveling with our pet so finding a pet-friendly place was important and this one truly delivered. The area is serene and ideal for long, relaxing walks surrounded by beautiful views. It’s the kind of place where you can simply enjoy nature take in the fresh mountain air and feel completely at ease. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in bhimtal, and it was a truly amazing experience. The property is perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of the lake and surroundings, which added great value to our trip. The staff was extremely courteous, especially Mr Gaurav Negi, and he was attentive to our needs all the time even at 11 pm, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all amenities, making it a perfect blend. Food quality was great too. Overall, Gaurav provided us with a memorable stay in Nainital. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for all in one.

What you want when you are away from your home, you want a place where you can find yourself comfortable like home. So for me the stay was really awesome. The host Ritumbara ji was not there in person but still she was able to communicate with us effortlessly, anytime I am texting Ritumbara ji i am getting response within minutes so we didn't faced any problem during our stay. Hotel staff was always available there for you, what ever you require wheather it is local sight seeing guidance or you need to order food or room cleaning service they are always there with a smile which shows their dedications towards the hospitality. So overall it was a great experience and I can say that I would like to recommend this property to my and friends in future also.

everything is great. since the weather is cool it will be nice to put the bedsheets to sun during change over of guests. nevertheless I am carrying with me that bhimtal view from the house as a sweet memory. this is the highlight of the homestay thank you Deepak Kuahik and Vimal.

we had a very pleasant stay at this four bedroom Buransh Terraces. The location was scenic and peaceful with exquisite views from rooms as well as dining area. The caretaker "Mahesh" was welcoming and supportive in catering our needs. The food was also homely.

We were a group of 9, with 4 senior citizens and a 1 year old and I can't be happier that I chose Peeyoli, the Himalayan blossom for our stay near Bhimtal. The location has a beautiful Mountain View and is very close to the Naukuchhiyatal. The approach was a bit tricky but the caretaker met us near the lake and drove with us to guide us to the destination. Brigadier Balwant Singh was available and responded to all my queries before and during the trip and went beyond his way to provide recommendations to ensure we have a memorable experience. He arranged for a cook for us (on additional charges) which was totally worth it considering the varied age groups we were travelling with. The house was well maintained with all amenities as mentioned. The in-house staff was particularly friendly (Hem ji, Shyam ji), offered help with my son's birthday preparations, cooked special meal for dinner and even sent a surprise bday cake which made us all feel special :) Highly Recommended! ♥️

the place was good and spacious but have some suggestions 1. please get things fixed like door lock and water taps 2. please groom current caretaker or hire a good cook otherwise the stay was perfect. big spacious rooms and daily cleaning services. the food was ok. I would have liked if they could offer some local food options. best wishes.

**The guest house name should be displayed on signage—I didn’t see any boards mentioning it.** The house itself is amazing, offering a peaceful and friendly atmosphere that makes it well worth the booking price. However, the kitchen is quite small for a large family occupying four rooms, and some plumbing work needs immediate attention. Additionally, it would be great if washrooms could be attached to the two ground-floor rooms, similar to the upstairs setup. The garden is a highlight, filled with local fruits, chirping birds, and lush greenery—absolutely excellent! The caretakers are incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest, always willing to assist in any way they can.

This place is worth the money spent. Pros - has a well maintained garden and ample open space to sit back and relax. Parking is in the property itself. Spacious rooms, full fledged kitchen, we made our own meals. Clean bathrooms. Feels like a home. Cons - Tricky and steep road to the property. But it’s already mentioned in the description so can’t complain. Overall I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The only thing required is a good driver and a high ground clearance car.

We had a nice and comfortable stay at the property, as it is situated almost at the hilltop with fruit farms all around, providing peace and solitude. The views of The Himalayas are mesmerizing along with the experience of watching the 'Golden Hour' while listening to the chirping of the birds. All our needs were well taken care of by the staff, having polite and helpful nature. Great view from the room. You would have to walk down 50 stairs which can be an issue for older people. Apart from that, the apartment was clean and great. Felt like home

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The check-in was easy. The rooms were clean, beds all made up, toilets were well maintained. Kitchen was great. The best part was the location. It was beautiful, the property is surrounded by mountains, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The lake is just in front of the property. One thing I would like to add is that the lake is not accessible directly from the property, for that you have to go around the property, which is not much of a task though. The caretaker was helpful and could also cook food if told him beforehand. The only problem I encountered there was of mobile network. Jio network did not work there but Vodafone-Idea worked flawlessly. The place doesn't have a WiFi which is not a big issue, but would be cherry on top if made available. Overall the stay was excellent, the rooms were huge and there was also provision of bonfire.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Khurpatal and it was an unforgettable experience for me and my parents . This place is perfect for those who want peace and calm. Property is amazing, with every possible amenities. Kitchen was well-equipped. Cozy living space. Lovely outdoor area, with beautiful flowers. View is breathtaking, area is secure, you can walk outside the condo and enjoy the serene landscape. Overall it’s perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. Hosts were amazing, gave me all the necessary information and were available for any requests. Wifi is not available, however mobile network works fine. Not many restaurants around, however it’s just 20 mins drive to Nainital. It was a memorable stay, would love to return soon. Highly recommended.
