Beautiful seafront apartment with views. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living-dining room with exit to the terrace, and well equipped kitchen. The flat has heating, air conditioning, smart tv and high speed wifi, and includes reserved parking. The location in Costa Brava is unbeatable, between Sant Feliu de Guíxols and S'Agaró, a 5 minutes walk from charming coves such as Cala Ametller and Sant Pol beach, and about a 5 minutes drive from the commercial area of Playa de Aro.

60 m2 2-bedroom apartment + terrace with spectacular views of the bay of San Pol in S'Agaro and located on the edge of the coastal path that leads to the beach (beach 7 minutes' walk by road and 20 minutes by the coastal path bordering the coves). On the 3rd floor of 4 with elevator, it has been completely redone and furnished with new elements and has all the necessary comforts (TV, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). Community parking is to be shared with other residents.
