Near to almost everything! We had a nice stay. And we miss Masha’s snoring every night ❤️

I made a last minute booking for my family but she managed to reply promptly and coordinated with the caretakers. She was responsive to my queries and managed to make the necessary arrangements. Host was hospitable and appreciated the gesture of driving all the way from Baguio to ensure my family is well looked after she knew my grandma was rushed to the hospital. My family enjoyed their stay and trip to Sagada. My mom fondly remembers Mary/Marie one of her caretakers who was consistent with the level of hospitality and warmth. Thanks again!

Highly recommended! 🫰From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home throughout our stay - indeed a home away from home. Dave and Riezel were warm, accommodating, and quick to respond to any inquiries. They even recommended great places to go and where to buy the best lemon pie. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable—perfect for working remotely—and the free unlimited coffee was a welcome treat during late-night work sessions. The property is conveniently located by the roadside with parking available, and it’s also walkable to nearby establishments. While tricab services are available, I’d say it’s best to take a stroll and enjoy the refreshing Sagada vibe. Also, one of the highlights of their place is the stunning mountain view, especially in the mornings and late afternoons. And, we loved how their fireplace added a cozy touch at the end of the day, especially with how chilly Sagada can get. The place was clean, peaceful, and cozy. Thank you for hosting us! We’ll surely be back

Location of place is very near recommended cafes and restaurants in Sagada and it is also very conveniently placed in the town proper. Felt very cozy and at home inside the place also. Almost everything were provided. It was superb. The value for money of this place is incomparable to hotels and inns in the surrounding area. Would definitely book again with family next time. Firewood for the fireplace was also provided. The mattress and linens were very comfy. The parking space is 2 blocks away which is also very near. All in all, me and my partner had a very good stay.
