Ático y dúplex con gran terraza privada con vistas al mar. ¡Relájate en nuestro chill-out ! Es un apartamento amplio y reformado. El salón es muy luminoso, con grandes ventanales. Dispone de wifi y ventiladores en todas las habitaciones. Dispone de una plaza de garaje muy cerca del ascensor. La comunidad es una de las más bonitas de Gandía por su enorme jardín y gran su piscina de agua salada. Si tienes niños, les encantará pasar un rato en los columpios o jugando en el jardín.
