Great place just near the sea and the Cala Blanca lagoon and tide pools. Great location. Nadine and Ines are great hosts.

We had a fantastic week, we didn't lack anything in the house, very close to Villajoyosa and the village of Orxeta itself. Very quiet area and comfortable house with very comfortable beds, the truth is as if you were at home. The pool plays a lot and you are luxurious on the porch. you would miss a repasito outside and a fenced to the entire estate for everything else great, to return

Great private area and beautiful home

Alfonso was friendly and kind, he immediately gave us useful directions on how to get around. Very clean apartment and as pictured. The area does not offer much as it is outside the city center, but there is a train station nearby that takes you to the center in 8 minutes.

Amazing stay, can't recommend this place enough. The host helped us with anything we needed, and it's by far the best communication I had with a booking on airbnb. Definitely coming back

A very nice and quiet area

Everything was great, Juan José was always attentive, he provided us with little things that we needed for the baby, as well as recommendations for places to visit, eat, etc. The accommodation was very clean and did not lack any detail. We will stay again on another occasion.

Very grateful to Conchi for the welcome. The Perellonet area is very quiet, and with Valencia super close to get around.

Cuca is a wonderful and helpful host. she supported throughout our stay during Valencia marathon and even came out on the course to cheer us up. Will definitely come back to her lovely place to visit the beautiful surroundings or run the marathon again

I don't think the experience could have been better in any way! The treatment with Esther and Marcos has been excellent, their precise and detailed directions, the very complete floor equipment and the great location, close to everything. It's nice to travel like this, with all the guarantees and without having to worry about anything, just dedicating yourself to enjoying yourself. In short, I recommend it without any kind of doubt and I sincerely appreciate the affable and close treatment of both. Thank you so much for everything.

Just back from Sybille's beautiful apartment. Looks as it is shown in the pictures but is just so gorgeous when you open the door and see the views...Right on seafront with only a few steps to the beach. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. I would highly recommend and Sybille was a pleasure to deal with. Carol Harding

Victor's place is beautiful. Everything is done to feel at your best. Victor is very nice. The town of Sollana is pretty and quiet, nearby are beautiful beaches and restaurants. The quiet of Sollana allows you to decompress the magical Spanish atmosphere reigning on the beaches. We loved this trip and will be back. Victor remains at our disposal to advise us. We were surprised when we arrived because Sollana seemed deserted and we were afraid of lack of atmosphere, But the next day we were reassured because the beaches are about twenty km away and there , the Spanish atmosphere is in full swing. Valencia is a very nice city. There are large shopping malls nearby as well, about 20 km away.

The house and facilities couldn't be more perfect, it had everything you need for us and the kids. The rooms are very comfortable. Full bathrooms, with soap, towels, toilet paper, all left in detail. The pool and barbecue, along with the chill out area was wonderful, children and adults enjoyed everything to the fullest, the only thing I would add is a fridge in the pool area, to have more capacity and to have more comfort to be enjoying the pool. I would add a dishwasher to the kitchen for your convenience. And the hosts have been super friendly and close, being available for any questions or needs. We will definitely be back!!!!! Ms. Klaudia is a wonderful person, and we really regret that we weren't able to fully communicate in Spanish. Her apartment was beautiful, and the room we received was very clean. It was clear that Ms. Klaudia takes great care of the interior. Our stay there was amazing, and we will remember it for a very long time.

Javier is an excellent host - welcoming, accommodating, and professional. I was late for my arrival due to train cancellations and Javier couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. The house is in a beautiful location and was perfect for our long family stay. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended, the house has everything you need to enjoy a good vacation, a very spacious plot and everything is the same or better than in the photos. It is very well connected to get to know many beautiful places in the area and the communication with Pedro has been very good, we will certainly be happy to repeat.

Super recommended place to stay, perfect for a few days relaxing. The house is fantastic. Highlighting the heating that makes you at an ideal temperature despite the cold outside. Also the owners are very nice and pleasant. It was a great experience.

Well-equipped house, with everything you need to spend a quiet, comfortable, pleasant, refreshing stay... both with family and friends as a group, as was the case. Very attentive and super flexible owners both at check-in and check-out. A spectacular terrace and space to enjoy barbecues or paellas and the pool, simple but enough to enjoy several people and cool off. We would definitely repeat.
