Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Summer school holidays: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside vacation: Minimum 2 nights rental.

Loue maison de 45m2, 2 chambres avec jardin pour 4 personnes. Accès et jardin privatif. Ce gite aménagé dans une longère en pierre est mitoyen et indépendant de notre logement principal. Il y a une chambre avec 1 lit deux places au RDC et l’autre chambre à l’étage à 2 lit d’une place. Le logement a été refait à neuf dernièrement.
