Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

This cozy, country cabin comes with WIFI & Netflix It has 1 Bedroom with a queen size bed and also has a queen size sleeper sofa, & twin size roll away bed, enough room to accommodate 5 guests. There is room for parking a boat. After a long day at the lake, just lounge around the cabin, relax and enjoy the deck, or sit around our fire pit and take in a nice fire. The restaurant is closed on Mondays & Wednesdays.
