Roxana was very responsive to our messages, clear instructions to access the accommodation and also flexible on our arrival and departure, it was a big plus that suited us very well. The accommodation is located just a few minutes from the Cenotes you want, 45 minutes from Chichen Itza and 15 minutes from the center of Valladolid, very nice secure location.

This is a one of a kind hotel. Absolutely stunning hacienda style with ornate details surrounding. The garden and grounds with 350 year old massive tree feels like an old movie. Not to mention you have a direct view of Chicken Itza. We ate at the beautiful restaurant for dinner and breakfast, felt very upscale service and friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool after a hot afternoon at the ruins. We also walked the extensive property and saw Toucans, parrots, jack fruit growing and more ruins. You cannot miss this gem. We wished we stayed for more than 1 night.

Refugios was a dream! The space is beautifully designed, peaceful, and super clean. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the courtyard with the pool was the perfect place to unwind. Great location—close to everything but still quiet. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
