The apartment is located in the basement of our house and some noise from the family is to be expected. By agreement, we may use the washing machine in your bathroom when you are on a trip in the city. In addition, you have the apartment to yourselves.

Here is a spacious entrance, a beautiful kitchen with oven, half induction hob, fridge/freezer and general kitchenware. Cozy living room with sofa bed and TV corner. Cozy and new home for the family, couple or friends in the new and popular district of Aarhus Ø. Cozy 1st floor apartment on our farm, located in rural surroundings. The home is centrally located in East Jutland, 18 km from Aarhus C and 9 km from the access road to the E45 motorway. The apartment has a south/east-facing terrace, where you can grill or light a fire. There is room for four guests with the possibility of extra beds. We have a sweet, child-friendly and calm dog, as well as four tame cats, who roam freely on the property. The dog and cats are not allowed in the apartment.

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. Quiet flat close to university and 15min from city

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house.
