Situated on a corner lot with pull through carport/garage with over a 1/2 acre of yard for extra parking if needed. There are two public boat launches, two full-service restaurants, convenience store, Dollar General and Keith's Tackle store within a 1-2 mile radius.

We have a farmhouse-themed guest apartment with its own private entrance and private deck with a view of a private lake through the trees in the piney woods of East Texas. The room features brand new appliances as well as a coffee bar. There is a very comfortable king-sized bed and a hide-a-bed. There is plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The laundry room is also accessible. This listing is attached to my house but we are quiet neighbors!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Pineland itself is located halfway between Sam Rayburn Lake and Toledo Bend Lake, a perfect location to launch your fishing adventures. We are in the center of town, so the rumble of the sawmill and occasionally the train can be heard. This house is equipped with all the supplies you'll need for an easy stay, from kitchen equipment and dishes to linens and towels. Roku and DVD on televisions.
