La vista es espectacular! El ruido de la ciudad es algo que hay que considerar, pero ya estaba en la descripción y estábamos preparados. Por lo demás, nos encantó la decoración y vista del apartamento!

This type of apartment is exactly what we consider ideal for long stays. The apartment is brand new, with all new items and plenty of comfort—from the bed and shower to the living room and kitchen. The condominium offers great amenities, such as a gym, swimming pool, game room, and an excellent coworking space with fast internet. The host was always very helpful, assisting us with everything we needed and answering all our questions. The location is also excellent: there is a supermarket very close by, several restaurants right across from the building, and a park just a few minutes’ walk away. The parking garage is great, and Uber arrives quickly, making it easy to get to the city center. In short, the apartment’s structure and everything it offers stand out. I hope all my future long stays on Airbnb are as good as this one.

Quiero dar las gracias a Luis por su hospitalidad, siempre estuvo atento a las dudas y respondía rápido de hecho sin que le solicitara ayuda él ya me estaba dando las instrucciones para facilitarme la llegada y claro que nos encantó el lugar. Nos recibió con un presente 👌🏻. Si regreso a Costa Rica seguro regreso al Airbnb de Luis. ¡¡Recomendado!!

Lovely stay - the view from the apartment is amazing! Everything as shown on the photos. Check in was super easy, sent instructions to follow beforehand. It’s slightly noisy on a morning due to passing trains but we were up early anyways so wasn’t a major issue! Would recommend staying here.

Great place. Being from the USA, it really made me feel immersed into the costa rica culture, while also feeling safe at home.

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

El lugar es pequeño, pero acogedor, las vistas hermosas. Cuenta con bastante facilidades, aunque no cuenta con cocina en si, tiene muchos electrodomesticos con los que se puede cocinar algo si se quisiera. Lo unico es que esos dias se estaba trabajando en el lugar y personalmente si llegue a sentirme incomoda por momentos. Pero despues de eso es un lugar muy bonito y Kim es una super host, estuvo siempre contestando mis preguntas y dandonos indicaciones

El apartamento es lindo. Y está muy bien ubicado, frente al mall, cerca del aeropuerto, de la estación de buses... Mi único inconveniente es que sólo me quedé una noche y necesitaba descansar y la calle donde se ubica es muy transitada por lo que es bastante ruidosa. Pero vale la pena por la ubicación!

Such a beautiful home with a gorgeous outdoor kitchen and open brick oven that's perfect for BBQs. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Hosts were friendly and welcoming. They were more than happy to help with any questions about the area. The place is in a great location too. Whether you plan to walk places or take an uber it is very easy and affordable. Loved this place, and would definitely recommend.

Passamos quatro noites e saímos muito satisfeitos. Além da ótima localização — a poucos passos da linha de trem e cercada de restaurantes, padarias e serviços — o edifício impressiona pela qualidade e estrutura: piscina aquecida, academia bem‑equipada, salões de festa, espaços de co‑working, sala de reunião e até cinema privativo. As áreas comuns são bem cuidadas e oferecem vistas lindas da cidade. Dentro, o apartamento entrega tudo que promete: • Cozinha completa com utensílios de qualidade, ideal para quem prefere cozinhar; • Sala ampla e confortável, varanda com pôr do sol de San José de encher os olhos; • Dois quartos bem decorados, roupa de cama caprichada, armários espaçosos, TV e ar‑condicionado em cada um; • Dois banheiros, um social e outro na suíte. A anfitriã Jennifer merece menção especial: sempre solícita, respondia rapidinho e resolveu todas as nossas dúvidas. Recomendo a estadia!

Perfect landing spot in the city, fantastic facilities. Wish we had more days and would have stayed longer just to explore the building and surrounding restaurants.

Lymon is beyond exceptional as a Host and as an individual. Every time I sent a message to Lymon he responded quickly. The building is very secure with a guard at the front gate. Location is central and was just what I needed. I had just underwent major surgery. The second day at his flat I realized I needed support and help. I messaged Lymon via Airbnb - my crisis number at the time and within 30 minutes someone was at my door to help me! Edith, my angel, is so awesome! She truly is a gem; she helped me with everything in the condo and came by twice a day to make sure I was ok. I did pay her; that’s just normal. I am so very grateful and privileged to have met these 2 special souls. If you have any questions let me know!

Gabriel fue un excelente anfitrión. El lugar superó nuestras expectativas. No solo fue una gran experiencia en el alojamiento, el edificio en donde está ubicado está increíble y todo el equipo nos recibió con una sonrisa. Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar.

Warren was very accommodating and his place was comfortable.. place has describe. very zl, I love that there was a tv in each room.. The bathrooms just need a little more TLC but I understand that is a little older building. Good stay.
