Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Sabana de la Mar

It’s a very beautiful accommodation, very clean and spacious. Good bathroom, good shower, super comfortable bed. The pool area is beautiful too. Camila was great and let us in early as we arrived early. The fridge stopped working while we were there and she had a new larger fridge delivered the next day, so appreciated as the weather was nice and sunny so we needed cold drinks. The patio is very large and overlooks the pool area and the street. There are great restaurants across the street, like Sparrows and Dos Gringos. Also very close to the main downtown area. We rented a scooter and drove to many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our time and would go again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It took a minute to get there but after settling in we were very comfortable at the property. We were far enough away yet close enough to get to whatever we needed.

Very comfortable two bedroom apartment. Both rooms had AC. The bathroom had hot water. They brought breakfast to the apartment which was very nice. The neighborhood was kinda a local feel and we felt very safe. some construction going on but not to bother us. It was up the hill from downtown so mostly quiet. It would be an option to stay at again

El apartamento es muy bonito y está impecable, ubicado dentro de un residencial seguro y rodeado de un encantador ambiente tropical. La playa y la zona de restaurantes de Las Terrenas están a pocos minutos a pie, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. Los propietarios fueron sumamente amables y atentos en todo momento. ¡Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Las Terrenas per due mesi ed è stato splendido, l'alloggio di Isabel si trova in centro ma all'interno in una via al riparo del traffico della strada principale, vicino ai due più grandi supermercati molto riforniti e a tutti i negozi di vario genere, compresi i ristoranti internazionali e domenicani. l'alloggio è al secondo piano ma la scala è comoda (lo dice un settantenne), spazioso, anche solo con i ventilatori noi siamo stati bene nel periodo febbraio/marzo, cucina attrezzata. Isabel molto disponibile e attenta per ogni necessità, e poi c'è la brava ESTRELLA presente ogni giorno per le pulizie generali e per qualsiasi problema. Le spiagge sono a circa 10 min. a piedi, poi c'è da scegliere se andare a Sx. per la favolosa BALENAS o a Dx per l'altrettanto bella PUNTA POPY. 10 Km di spiagge fantastiche con un mare cristallino, caldo e calmo grazie alla barriera corallina. Ritorneremo sicuramente, consigliatissimo. Un abbraccio a Isabel.

Great location super close to the beach and easy walking distance of downtown. Quiet complex. We’d happily stay here again.

We booked our room at the last minute, upon arrival we were greeted by Victor, he’s an excellent host. Beautiful surroundings and great service. If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature, this is the place to be. Our room as described, clean, and comfortable. We felt comfortable and right at home. We also ate mangoes 🥭 from next door neighbor that Victor was kind of bringing some and ate pica pollo from a local food truck that our host recommended. We didn’t have to go out for anything. Un increíble destino para ir con la familia, todo muy bien hecho, el.lugar de una belleza natural increíble. La playa entretenida para los jóvenes, con clases de surf, caminatas, paseos al pueblo, a ver la puesta de sol. eld exactamente cómodo y práctico.

We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first vacation with our 18 month old toddler, which we were so scared of - but it was so so perfect. The house had everything we needed for him, crib, high chair, microwave for his milk, etc. Carlos' communication was amazing, he always responded immediately and helped us with absolutely everything we needed (airport cars, a buggy rental at the house, massages, etc). The house was beautiful as was the location. The beach we could walk to was fantastic! Also Jackie, who cooked all our meals was AMAZING! Her food was beyond delicious, she was so sweet and kind, and our 18 month old toddler was absolutely in love with her. Can't recommend enough, definitely going back!

Me encantó en todo sentido, me sentía como en casa, casi ni salimos de la casa porque proporciona todo el bienestar para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, espaciosa, cómoda, con un paisajismo espectacular, piscina climatizada. Excelente lugar para pasarla en familia, excelente piscina, recomendado volvería 100%. Me encantaron las aves 🐦 y el patio ideal para desconectarte de la ciudad pero igual sigue cerca de todo; playa 🏝️ y lugares de diversión.

Wonderful experience, the host was super lovely and super accommodating and friendly. Place is gorgeous, we loved using the pool, as well as the large kitchen! Would recommend!

Cesar’s place was absolutely amazing. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered complete privacy, which made the stay incredibly relaxing. The location was peaceful and quiet, with an unbeatable view of the Atlantic Ocean—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or sunset. The entire home was stunning, both inside and out. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and scenic getaway.

El alojamiento de Frederique fue perfecto: casita al fondo de su hermosa casa y jardín, a la vuelta de “La Playita” (arena blanca, poco sargazo y reposeras de pago) y a 12 min del centro. Cocina completa (con algunas cositas para cocinar de cortesía ), ventilador de techo de varias velocidades, mallas, mosquitero e inciensos repelentes que nos mantuvieron libres de insectos. Desayuno abundante con fruta, baguette, cosas para el pan y té (¡incluso pudimos llevarnos lo que nos sobró!). Frederique nos contactó con su amiga de la agencia de tours para organizar nuestra excursión a Los Haitises y Cayo Levantado (con los binoculares de Frederique incluidos) y, además, nos presentó a Caquito(excelente persona), quien nos llevó en moto a Playa Rincón y nos recogió al ir y volver de Samaná. Frederique tiene cinco perritos adorables y juguetones que nos acompañaron a todas partes Siempre estaremos agradecidos por la amabilidad, calidez y hospitalidad de Frederique, te llevamos en nuestro ❤️

It’s was pleasure to stay at Keisha’s lovely home. I felt right at home and it’s a great location. Accessible to the beach, restaurants, and banks. The security team was also helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend Keisha’s place.

El apartamento es muy comodo, limpio y lindo! Las camas y almohadas fueron lo mejor… Super comodas, las habitaciones son muy independientes, cada una con baño privado! En general nos sentimos muy a gusto en nuestra estadia. El señor Paolo muy amable y siempre atento a cualquier inquietud. Muchas Gracias! 😊

Rooney answered our questions immediately from the start and provided everything we asked for. The place is very nice and spacious, the upstairs space is large with a nice view that allowed to see beautiful sunsets.

Me hospedé en este Airbnb en Las Terrenas y la experiencia fue simplemente espectacular. Tanto como mis amigos y yo quedamos enamorados de este lugar. Desde que llegamos, la atención del personal fue de primera; amables, atentos y siempre con una sonrisa. La piscina es preciosa, perfecta para relajarse, y el lugar aparte de que está a dos minutos de la playa tiene un parqueo grandote, todo el exterior súper cuidado; en general es súper acogedor y muy seguro, ideal para descansar sin preocupaciones. Sin duda, lo que más destaco es el trato que recibimos, se nota que se esmeran por brindar un servicio excelente. ¡100% recomendado y definitivamente quedé con ganas de volver!

Excelente alojamiento, tal cual las fotos publicadas..Cómodo, limpio, todo de primera, los colaboradores del complejo muy atentos y dispuestos. Los anfitriones muy empaticos y pendientes. Sin duda elegiría de nuevo este apartamento para hospedaje de vacaciones.

Lovely spot in the middle of town. Everything you need is nearby and Oliver is quick to respond with any questions you may have. Perfect tucked away little place! We felt safe and secure.

We had a really nice stay. The apartment had everything we needed and Ludivine was very responsive and proactive. We loved being able to walk to La Playita beach, one of our favorite beaches in the DR. It was also close enough to walk into town. We also really enjoyed the outdoor veranda, especially when it ended up raining a lot. It was nice to still enjoy the outdoors despite the rain. We would stay again!
