Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Sabana de la Mar

It took a minute to get there but after settling in we were very comfortable at the property. We were far enough away yet close enough to get to whatever we needed.

It’s a very beautiful accommodation, very clean and spacious. Good bathroom, good shower, super comfortable bed. The pool area is beautiful too. Camila was great and let us in early as we arrived early. The fridge stopped working while we were there and she had a new larger fridge delivered the next day, so appreciated as the weather was nice and sunny so we needed cold drinks. The patio is very large and overlooks the pool area and the street. There are great restaurants across the street, like Sparrows and Dos Gringos. Also very close to the main downtown area. We rented a scooter and drove to many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our time and would go again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Isabel was a great host. Isabel and Estrella, the housekeeper, were both very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment matched the description. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. Would stay there again!

Very comfortable two bedroom apartment. Both rooms had AC. The bathroom had hot water. They brought breakfast to the apartment which was very nice. The neighborhood was kinda a local feel and we felt very safe. some construction going on but not to bother us. It was up the hill from downtown so mostly quiet. It would be an option to stay at again

I've been to this apartment 3 times now. I've also stayed at other condos in the same complex, all since 2015. Security guards, gardener & cleaning personel all k ow me.. I like the location as it's close to the beach & groceries. It's walkable ....no need for moto concho or taxi.

Great location super close to the beach and easy walking distance of downtown. Quiet complex. We’d happily stay here again.

The accommodation is spacious and the location in the first row to the sea is fantastic. On the terrace you can experience beautiful sunsets. The beach is not crowded and slopes down to the sea, only sand without stones. The penthouse itself is lovingly designed, but due to its age and proximity to the sea, it has some signs of aging. In detail, it no longer looks as perfect as in the pictures, for Dom. Rep. conditions, it was totally okay for us. The topic of preventive maintenance and control of the facility has potential. Furthermore, the accommodation is not necessarily suitable for children, there are already a few crash points. There were some things that didn't work, but everything was fixed within a very short time. Ronny responds very quickly, is easily accessible and makes an exemplary effort to give guests a pleasant stay. We were 12 people and were able to fully enjoy our stay.

We booked our room at the last minute, upon arrival we were greeted by Victor, he’s an excellent host. Beautiful surroundings and great service. If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature, this is the place to be. Our room as described, clean, and comfortable. We felt comfortable and right at home. We also ate mangoes 🥭 from next door neighbor that Victor was kind of bringing some and ate pica pollo from a local food truck that our host recommended. We didn’t have to go out for anything. We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first vacation with our 18 month old toddler, which we were so scared of - but it was so so perfect. The house had everything we needed for him, crib, high chair, microwave for his milk, etc. Carlos' communication was amazing, he always responded immediately and helped us with absolutely everything we needed (airport cars, a buggy rental at the house, massages, etc). The house was beautiful as was the location. The beach we could walk to was fantastic! Also Jackie, who cooked all our meals was AMAZING! Her food was beyond delicious, she was so sweet and kind, and our 18 month old toddler was absolutely in love with her. Can't recommend enough, definitely going back!

Best value Airbnb, great location, great price, peaceful. The place looks better than the pictures, I mentioned two thing can be better 1- The bed room had a decorative painting horrible, we save it in the closet 'cause it looks like an horror picture. 2- The parking is not that good but it works. All the rest have 5 stars.

Dealing with Ronny at this property was absolutely wonderful. He was very responsive with any questions we had. This is my 6th time to Las Terrenas & I have to say both the property & Ronny are amazing. I highly recommend his services to anyone planning a trip there.

Wonderful experience, the host was super lovely and super accommodating and friendly. Place is gorgeous, we loved using the pool, as well as the large kitchen! Would recommend!

Cesar’s place was absolutely amazing. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered complete privacy, which made the stay incredibly relaxing. The location was peaceful and quiet, with an unbeatable view of the Atlantic Ocean—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or sunset. The entire home was stunning, both inside and out. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and scenic getaway.

It’s was pleasure to stay at Keisha’s lovely home. I felt right at home and it’s a great location. Accessible to the beach, restaurants, and banks. The security team was also helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend Keisha’s place.

great spot, fantastic location and great communication. only advice to my fellow BnBer if you are staying in the top room bring eye mask for the mornings, the sun seems to rise in the room 😂

Rooney answered our questions immediately from the start and provided everything we asked for. The place is very nice and spacious, the upstairs space is large with a nice view that allowed to see beautiful sunsets.

Lovely spot in the middle of town. Everything you need is nearby and Oliver is quick to respond with any questions you may have. Perfect tucked away little place! We felt safe and secure.

We had a really nice stay. The apartment had everything we needed and Ludivine was very responsive and proactive. We loved being able to walk to La Playita beach, one of our favorite beaches in the DR. It was also close enough to walk into town. We also really enjoyed the outdoor veranda, especially when it ended up raining a lot. It was nice to still enjoy the outdoors despite the rain. We would stay again!

This place couldn’t be more perfect. Right near everything, comfortable, clean, had all we needed, and the host was so wonderful with recommendations and all sorts of helpful info. We had an amazing stay, will def come back!
