Our fully equipped & spacious vacation home (no fitters!) offers you 96 to 145 m² of peace and quiet. The partially modernized semi-detached house is suitable for up to 7 people. The living space is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is one of the 2 bathrooms (with bathtub), the kitchen, the living/dining area as well as the partially covered, 40 m² terrace. Townhouse at 3borders region D/L/F; private house

The house is located in Perl-Büschdorf, directly on the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig. 10 km from the Luxembourg, 2 km from the French border. I live in the house, but am absent when renting it out, with evtl. the exception of arrival and departure day. Space is normaly for 2 adults/couple with children or 2 couples. There are 2 beds of 1.40 m each. I will clean the house beforehand and make up the beds. However, if you expect clinical cleanliness, this is not the place for you.

On the open floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with 2 single beds.
