Situated where the three countries Germany / Luxembourg / France meet. This spacious and quiet apartment with its private entrance through the garden, is surrounded by a rose hedge. The altitude of the small town of Kastel-Staadt offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. Small library, fireplace and parquet provide comfort. The hiking trail 'Kasteler Felsenpfad' starts almost at the doorstep. Good gastronomy in easy reach? Restaurant St.Erasmus in TRASSEM (ca. 4 km).

Staying at the old fire station

Directly opposite the “Alte Feuerwache”, a venue of the Saarbrücken State Theater, our vacation apartment is idyllically situated in a typical rear building in Saarbrücken's old town. The 3.5% lodging tax payable by guests is already included in the total cost. For children aged 1 year and older, we charge a fee of 10 euros per day to cover the additional cleaning costs; therefore, please do not book them as “toddlers” but as additional guests. Our house is located in the center of town, numerous shopping facilities, banks, service providers and restaurants are also within walking distance from here in a few minutes away. The Würzbacher Weiher is about 800 m away, a bus stop and the train station are nearby. 70 m², large dining/living room with fully equipped fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom with floor-level shower/sink/toilet, bedroom with large double bed, Washing machine.

The apartment is located in a quiet but central residential area right in the heart of Saarbrücken. A park is right outside the door, and the popular Nauwieserviertel (student district, many restaurants and pubs) is a 2-minute walk away. St. Johanner Markt (where most pubs and restaurants are) and Bahnhofstrasse (shopping street) are a 10-minute walk. It's a 15-minute walk to the train station. A car parking space in the courtyard is also available.

Make yourself comfortable in the two sunny rooms in the attic of a 2-story apartment. The bedroom is furnished with a 140 x 200 cm double bed and a wardrobe. In the living area there is a kitchenette, dining/work table, sofa and TV with numerous streaming services. A bathroom with a shower is available for exclusive use.

We offer an approximately 100 m² vacation apartment for up to 3 adults in a quiet rural setting. From this location you can reach Luxembourg in about 35 km or the oldest city in Germany Trier at the same distance. A special highlight is the Saar loop with the treetop trail. From here, numerous hiking opportunities and also bike excursions along the Saar or the Moselle are recommended. The homeowners live on the first floor of the house.

The spacious house in Losheim am See invites you to relax. It has been totally renovated in 2016. Existing elements have been carefully complemented by new furnishings. The house has three bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom on the upper floor and an accessible bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is also accessible by accessibility. Two living and dining room complete the ground floor. There is a balcony and a garden.

On the ground floor is the living/kitchen area with wood stove, sofa and wooden table, as well as the small kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and fridge. Our cozy loft apartment was extensively renovated in 2021. It is about 60 m², with a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a comfortable couch and smart TV. The sleeping area can be reached via a small staircase. Directly below is another bedroom, which has a sofa bed, a wardrobe, and a dressing table. Furthermore, there are two storage rooms where you can hang your laundry and store food.

Our house is the winner of the 2006 Farmhouse Competition. Our approx. 50 square meter apartment is lovingly equipped with a sleeping gallery and living room (sleeps 4), kitchenette with dishwasher, underfloor heating, etc.
