The apartment is a short distance from the Travel Centre (450m), downtown services (450m) and the exhibition centre (Pavilion, 800m). You can also enjoy the proximity of nature to the beach of Tourujoki, which is only 150m away. Sepän shopping center is also just a 7-minute drive away. The apartment has its own parking space with a heating post. In addition, parking on the street on weekdays with a parking disc for 2 hours from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm and free at other times.

In the summertime, you can see leafy maple and yard oak branches from the windows, while in the winter, the nearby Jyväsjärvi remains on the horizon. As a host, you can be alone in the shelter of a small house. From the highway you can reach by car in a few minutes to our place.
