"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Great location, very peaceful. Has a parking space on street and have a nice beach downstairs. House itself is not the best thing but definitely for location and price its very good.

we would come back anytime. The apartment is well-equipped and has a perfect location in Porto Cristo. Communication with the host was direct and easy. We were personally welcomed and helped with questions. Despite high temperatures, the air conditioning ensures a pleasant climate in the apartment. The garage is a little tight with a larger car. Overall, everything is great🫶🤗
