The neighborhood is upscale American dreamy and casual at the same time. And the beaches are some of the best family beaches in the world, plus there’s a dog beach for your pup. Lots of cool  history, (don’t miss the “Hotel Del” (Hotel Del Coronado!)
Many places to dine and relax. I always feel happy to be near the San Diego Bay! Or check out what Play is going at the Lamb’s Players Theatre or the Coronado Playhouse.

Getting around
Drive carefully, esp. if it is raining.
Try to plan your drive to avoid the freeways —(8 E, 805 So. & the 5 So.) between 4 pm -6 pm. Traffic isn’t that bad compared to most other larger cities but still can be annoying around 5 pm.
