San Diego zoo is one of the best in the country! They also have the wild animal park in Escondido which is equally amazing. I suggest a two day park pass for those who love animals and want to experience both parks.

Jump on the coaster (coastal train) which is .2 miles from the studio. It’s a $11 round trip adventure to Old town San Diego where you can enjoy some of the best authentic Mexican food, shops, free museums and old school candy/taffy store. Drink a few margaritas and don’t feel guilty the train will being you back :)

Pancakes and biscuits n gravy are the best at this little local joint. Expect a little bit of a wait if you go on the weekends but it’s worth it!
