Must see beautiful scenic spots near Jasper for the whole family!
Love Pyramid Lake for many reasons, it has beautiful sand beaches for summer, boat rentals, fishing and in the winter it is tracked for cross country skiing and groomed for ice skating and curling . There is a beautiful restaurant, there is also some trail starts that take you up to over look the town site , and my favourite ski trail is the fire road just up from the resort!

Take the SkyTram to the top of the world, with a tour guide to point out the different mountain ranges and history of the town. There is a great cafe and gift shop at the top, with lots of walking trails.

Beautiful sand beach, lots of picnic areas with fire pits and huts available. Great new paved trail around the lake. Paddle board rentals offered in the summer nearby.

Great place to do some cliff jumping of all different heights , make sure you pick a warm day, the water is straight from the glacier and can take your breath away!

The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is a great place to visit even if your not staying there! They have a heated outdoor pool you can pay to swim in, an amazing golf coarse, top notch dining. In the winter they offer toboggan and ski rentals , and has the most beautiful skating rink, with fire pits, hockey nets, it’s truly a winter wonderland experience. There is also a wonderful spa, hair salon, and some kids play rooms in the basement great for a rainy day.

Maligne Canyon has breathtaking views, I have walked it a hundred times and it never gets old. A new restaurant just opened near the start of the walk, and it’s a fantastic scenic spot for dinner or lunch.
