Very close to the apartment, just behind the cathedral in a very cosy street, fresh seafood ( especially the grilled tuna and crudo di tonno ) and traditional pasta dishes .

One of the oldest of its kind and iconic place offering all the Sicilian street food and more, has also a restaurant attached with very good pasta dishes .. I recommend to try the spleen sandwich there! And the square is one of the beautiful spots!

Just behind the flat, this little cake shop is very famous for their amazing chocolate cake - 'setteveli' make sure you try it.. They also just opened a small bar / ice cream shop next to Porta nuova where you can have breakfast.
