There are several restaurants with various flavors and prices right here all within walking distance. There is also shopping and a drug store for the 'quick' pickups you may need for your stay. Wednesday has a local farmers market with a wine garden and music. There is also a bus stop at the north exit of the traffic loop and can be used to access the Island. One of the hidden treasures of the area, the original Koloa Town still looks like it did back in the day. Nice shops, great breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Big Save Grocery, Sueoka Market, Koloa Fish Market, History Center a must stop as well

You won't believe your eyes! If you have not seen Waimea Canyon you need to experience it, hard to believe this exists in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Great hiking, for the amateur with really challenging hikes for experienced hikers. Alaka'i trail. Kalalau lookout, Koke'e State Park. Healthest chickens on the Island.

Friday night, is art night and a great experience where the town comes to life. Local artisans display their wares, wonderful local artistry from jewelry, photgraphy, artisan breads, Huli Huli Chicken to local organic spice shop. Don't forget the swinging bridge, not for the faint of heart...lol.

Just when you thought it couldn't get any better.
Surfing, sunning, snorkeling, swimming, socializing. Right across the street to one of the nicest beaches on the Island that offers every amenity you could want. Three sets of waves for three degrees of surfer. Snorkeling that will blow your mind, with a variety of fish and sea life that is at your fingertips. Not just tropical fish, but sea turtles as well as a resident monk seal and an occasional view of dolphin and migrate whale off the shore. Start the day with an early morning jog or walk to a wonderful sunset in the east that rises up from the mountains with a breath taking sunset in the evening to the finale of a incredible dark sky night where the stars illuminate the crystal clear water. Restrooms, water fountain, adult and children beverages and oh yeah...shave ice. Aloha!
