Kulturhuset... how to explain it.. It is a bar, yet so much more. Arguably the most interesting "going-out-place" in Norway. Three floors, with multiple rooms in each. Bars, dancing floors, shuffle boards, ping pong, fussball. Usually having cultural events like movies, presentation, discussions. Great to hang out during the day, but also the evening. Note: Friday and Saturday evening is likely to be popular, I recommend arriving before 10PM.
