This is a secluded cabin in the woods on 10 acres. Hunting is available on additional land as well. Close to the Allegheny River and lots of hiking on the Allegheny National Forest. Enjoy watching the wildlife out the front bay window as well as hiking and exploring the backyard woods. Outdoor fire pit is available with firewood provided. This is a cozy place to get away and relax. Wi-Fi now available through Starlink! Drinking water is provided due to the sulphur smell in the water.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place located on the Allegheny River. Stay for hunting and fishing trips with friends. Bring your boat and launch it right in front of the cabin. Get your supplies at the local Trading Post (fire wood, groceries and more). Bring your ATV and enjoy the trails only a few miles away from the place. You have more guests? No problem if you like to put up a tent or two. ( ask the host for details ).

Needing a place to forget the hustle of life to focus on what’s important? Sweet solitude provides a quiet, romantic getaway for you and your bestie to enjoy the beauty of nature! Our cabin is locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Located on the edge of this quaint little town that is surrounded by the Allegheny River, Allegheny National Forest, Tionesta Lake and just a short drive to Cook Forest State Park. Outdoor enthusiasts will have no trouble finding lots to do from hiking, kayaking, boating, biking, horseback riding or just kicking back and relaxing around the camp fire. What a view from your river front guest house! Enjoy everything the Allegheny River and Allegheny National Forest has to offer right outside your door. Spend time taking in the sights from the living room and relaxing on the private balcony. Launch your kayak or canoe right from the bank. You can walk down to the river or walk across the road to the Sportsman Bar for food and drink.
