Cozy little place on a farm! Great amenities including a heating pad on the bed!

We had a great stay at Mo's farm. The room was just right and done up very nicely. If you want quiet, you'll get it here. Others reviewed that the horses made noise at night, but we hear a peep from them. The location is great. Rural feel but just minutes to Newport and other nearby towns with restaurants and beaches. All in all, this is a great find and will be back hopefully.

A clean and simple place to stay. Mo was super responsive and helped make our stay as frictionless as possible.

This place is an absolute gem: rustic, quiet, beautiful.

Mo’s place is a beautiful and perfect location. It is in a quiet farm tucked away in the woods but is also extremely close to town/ many desirable locations and attractions. We ate at one of Mo’s recommended places and it was our favorite restaurant from our entire 9 day roadtrip. The neighboring farm animals were fun as well! A short drive to Newport which we really loved. Definitely recommend Mo’s place!

Ten out of ten!! My husband and I were in need of a relaxing getaway and Francois and Ashley’s cottage was absolutely perfect. So much has already been said so I’ll focus on our favorites... First off, the hosts are wonderful. They’re responsive, kind and understanding. You can tell they love the place. Second, the cottage is immaculate! We were nervous renting an Airbnb with coronavirus but all concerns went away when we walked in. (We could even smell the very faint smell of bleach... in a really good way.) Three, the surrounding area is adorable! It was great to walk around the little neighborhood but what we loved was hopping in the car and driving around Narragansett. Some of our favorites are Matunuck Oyster Bar and Roch’s Market. There’s also a great walking path that takes you along the water past the beach, the towers, and lots of luxury homes. We can’t wait to come back when it’s warmer!

This quaint cottage looks as good in person as it does in the pictures! Check in was a breeze, a cozy little getaway, would not hesitate going back again!

I cannot say enough good things about Francois and Ashley and their beautiful cottage. Firstly, they provided excellent communication and easy check-in. The space was intimate, beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful little touches that made their home so special. The cottage had everything we needed for a nice, quiet weekend in. We had the most perfect weekend and will definitely be back!

Angela's cabin was amazing and we really loved the set up of the cabin. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and the place was very clean. We got to meet Angela and she was definitely welcoming to our family. We really couldn't believe how clean the water in the pond was. You could see the sandy bottom and it was really crystal clear. She also provided tons of info in the cottage for places to go and see. Where to get groceries and what there was around the area including hiking spots. The book she made for renters was very much appreciated as we didn't know the area at all. We would def love to come back again. Thank you Angela!

The cabin was amazing, such an amazing place to go with friends or family. My friends and I had an unforgettable experience. As soon as we arrived we were blown away by how beautiful the cabin and property was. The children playing near by seemed to be having a blast the entire time, and the neighbor and surrounding people showed us amazing hospitality. Not one single bad thing or complaint could be said about this Airbnb. The cabin was bigger than we expected, it was just a nice little break from everyday life. I suggest visiting the lake at night. It looked so beautiful, it was astonishingly quiet and the stars were plentiful and bright. The sweet little doggy that said hi to us while we were fishing from the beach was awesome too, as well as the horse we met. I can go on and on ab how much fun we had and we only stayed 2 nights. I def recommend going for an experience yourself! The host/hosts definitely know how to make you feel comfortable.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. The cabin is exactly as it appears in the pictures. We both felt it was much bigger than we had expected. Don’t over pack like we did! There are towels, soaps, pots, pans, glasses, utensils. Basically everything you need. We fished, built an amazing fire and took out the canoe to explore the lake. We didn’t have time for the sauna, but her husband gave us a nice low down of it if we wanted to use it late at night. Both Angela, her husband are great hosts to include her son who showed me the good fishing spots. This is an amazing little gem and we will absolutely be going back in the near future.

Karen’s place is why I love Airbnb! Friendly hosts (I communicated with Mare who was lovely), unique space, super clean and cozy with thoughtful touches (coffee/tea, lots of bath amenities & local “to-dos” in the house manual). You’ll have the top floor all to yourself! I didn’t check out the kitchen or other common spaces (the back yard is pretty and parking was a plus!) b/c it was a quick visit, but the space felt like an “entire apartment,” not a “private room,” lots of privacy! Would stay here again in a HEARTBEAT!

We are so pleased with our 2-week stay! Mark was a fabulous host, flexible and laid back and at the same time very quick to respond to any question we had. And the cottage exceeded our expectations, full of unique art and a beautiful and natural yard that beckoned us outside. A short walk to Wickford and Wickford Cove made the stay ideal. A great stay.

I thought the place was cozy and comfortable. It's cute and clean. I love the paintings on the wall. I stayed alone and I felt safe. Mark was a wonderful host, who greeted me upon my arrival. Everything was well explained. I loved being there and was kind of sad when I had to leave. I would definitely go back! It's not far from Newport! This place is definitely peaceful. It's the type of place where you want to go to a city, but go back to sleep somewhere were it's peaceful and quiet.

Cozy cottage about 20 minutes from Newport. Easy drive and comfy

Had a quick overnight here with my dog and had a lovely night in. The grocery store just down the road (Dave's) has lovely fresh food choices. The heater clangs a bit during the night but host mentioned this and reminded me and wasn't an issue at all for my stay. If you're a light sleeper it could awaken you. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Cassya’s home is very stylish and comfortable. It’s on a nice private street with east access to the highway.

Cozy and clean place ! Most, if not all amenities are available as mentioned. Comfortable and clean bedding. Nicely equipped kitchen if you are into cooking. Very close to many stores, restaurants, etc..

I had a wonderful stay. I read some of the reviews that said there were not places to eat nearby. Untrue. If you go down the road and make a right you are on 44 in 3 minutes and there are places galore. I would not hesitate to go back there again.

Quiet place where I can work, use a bit of kitchen when needed, parking and fast internet were my main requirements and this place satisfied all of them. Clean place. The host is a cool guy, busy but quickly pays attention if you need anything. You will definitely need a car as the place is a bit further from nearby shopping plaza. To summarise - a nice comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it.

We loved it here! It was clean and spacious. The bathroom is amazing and the kitchen is also. Bed super comfy. We were lucky to get the place to ourselves and we felt right at home. The art work that Colin has all around the apartment (which is his work) is amazing. We would def like to stay again in the future.

Colins apartment was absoultely lovely. The space was cozy and stylish, with his original photography decorating the walls. Full access to the kitchen and living room, with working appliances and a smart T.V. Colin was very friendly and helpful, showing us around and having a lot of local resources. The stay was great

It is a stylish and compact stay in Providence that is close to the city. In about a five minute drive you could be enjoying the Cheesecake factory and many more local eats.

This was a great stay for the cost! Very convenient to check-in, and offered a comfortable setting for an overnight trip.

Our stay was great! We were really only here to sleep for the night, but the bed was very comfortable and the house was very easy to get to. I would definitely recommend it to anyone unless you are unable to walk up some stairs.

Marvin's apartment was lovely. Just as pictured and spotlessly clean. Internet worked great and there is a giant TV with netflix. Furnishings were simple but stylish and there is no clutter around the apartment (which is nice!). Kitchen had all the necessities. Marvin was a fantastic host who responded quickly and checked in once in awhile to make sure I had everything I needed. Location is just minutes from downtown Providence and Pawtuxet village. I would absolutely stay here again.

My stay was amazing nick is very nice and loves to have a conversation the place was nice and the rooms were nice over all the place was clean the only thing is the guest that are staying there were not respectful they left there dirty clothes all over the bathroom and were rude I went to use the bathroom and someone's boxers were in the sink they left hair all over the shower I didnt even take one over all the place is amazing it was just the guest

A cute and comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to visit Providence and Newport during our stay. This was an ideal location. Chris was very hospitable and we enjoyed our stay.

We needed a place to stay with our 8 month old son during our travels and Chris’ place was the perfect spot to stay at. We repositioned some of the furniture so our pack and play would fit and we still had room to move around. We also liked that the room had it’s own private bathroom and towels were provided.

Everything’s great!

The place was as described. It was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The host was quick to respond and provided tips about cool things near by. The neighborhood didnt seem that nice but you're one block off of a nice street. My car was fine as well. I would recommend staying here.

This is a great place that is centrally located. The area is private with your own entrance, bathroom, and kitchen area. It is very clean.

Staying at Raman's place was a wonderful experience, he was a great host and very quick to respond to my questions, he kindly checked up on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I stayed for one month and his place was perfect for me, it was quiet, had a well lit desk to study, very clean and spacious.  I felt very comfortable and his thoughtful touches, leaving chocolates and a welcoming note, beautiful paintings on the walls made the experience that much better. I would definitely recommend Raman's studio to anyone looking for a comfortable space while exploring Rhode island.

The room is absolutely amazing I would reccomend this place to anyone. Very close to everything. Extremely spacious super clean and has everything you need for the weekend warrior to someone needing a long stay!

Raman was the most gracious host from the minute I arrived. He greeted me and showed me the studio I’d be staying in. As soon as I walked into the space, I noticed how incredibly clean, warm and inviting it was. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom/shower along with the kitchenette were gorgeous. I stayed 5 nights and halfway through my stay, Raman checked in to see how everything was going and asked if I needed anything. My stay, and Raman, could not have been any better!!

This place, especially for the money, was outstanding. Arguably one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed in!

This was our second stay at Colin's place. After a long day driving to get to Providence, he provided two very good places to eat, one (Julian's) is walking distance on Broadway, right around the corner. The apartment amenities were spot on again, it was very clean, and the building's proximity to Federal Hill and the rest of downtown Providence is perfect. Great place to stay!

This listing is actually much more than meets the eye- there is a large shared kitchen and dining room space. I ended up being the only person staying in what was essentially a group of separate rooms, and so it was as if i had the whole place to myself. The space was very clean, the bed comfortable, and it was essential having AC on a very hot weekend. Close proximity to Providence and to small beaches down the coast. All around a great experience.

Alfred was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room and place was very clean and is accurate based on the photos. It is only a 30 minute drive to Newport and is right off the highway.

Alfred made our stay being pleasant. Very attentive and the place was exactly what we needed and above what we expected. Thank you!

Johanna’s place was wonderful. The house was sparkling clean and room really had everything you would need for your stay. I appreciated the nice personal touches from hosts in terms of amenities. Johanna was real communicative and made sure I had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checkin was super easy as well. The place is located at a convenient distance from downtown and has a Walgreens not too far in case you need something urgent.

Johanna is an excellent hostess both online and in person. She is non-intrusive yet very attentive and thoughtful in extending her hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Providence as did my wife, and our long-term tenant son + daughter-in-law, who have been staying throughout his PT internship, sing your praises for providing warm, comfortable, and convenient accommodations in Providence. Bellissimo!

Johanna was so nice and accommodating, and responded right away when I messaged. The place is very charming and cozy, and even cuter in person than in the pictures. Super comfy bed, very clean room and bathroom. There are other people staying there but everyone was respectful and I felt I had privacy. The living room is great for doing work or homework and the kitchen is adorable, with coffee and tea, lots of natural light in the morning. The location is quiet and residential but very close to federal hill. Really easy and inexpensive to get around with Lyft or Uber. I would definitely stay again!
