The Barn on Evergreen Farm

Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

Enjoy to sleep with sky light !

The couple will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. it just renovated and just build it with an amazing hardwood floor, beautiful for one or couple to enjoy the night !!!my place is a mile to wynn hospital, downtown, utica auditorium, Utica University and Utica's best food places. I just add total 2 air conditioner and cover the sky windows to reduce the heat, and replaced the artic fan, so it is not too hot now. it you want to see the sky you can open it easy.
