The flat is separate from the main house on a small Farm 7-10 minutes from the centre of Grafton. Features include a washing machine, smart Tv, fully equipped kitchen, free unlimited wi-fi. Lots of space to park boats, trucks or tool trailers. It is very unlikely anything will be stolen or vandalised where we are.
