Lovely bright two bedroom apartment of 59 m2. Apartment on the 5th floor in a quiet and maritime environment on an island out to Copenhagen harbor and Enghave Canal. The apartment is modern and from 2018, west facing with afternoon and evening sun and lovely sunsets. Small balcony. It is possible to swim in the canal and harbor. Perfect apartment for a couple. Located outside the city center - 3 km to the city centre/townhouse Square/Tivoli Gardens. Easy to rent bikes - e.g. Donkey Republic. Construction activities may occur in the area.

Ocean view in the middle of the city

The home is located in the modern and attractive area, Sluseholmen. Dutch inspired with canals, cafes and easy departure to harbor baths, Havnebus, kayak tours and SUPs. The lock has everything and is close to the city. The apartment is in the study level and therefore easy to walk to/from. The evening sun is beautiful and can be enjoyed from the living room and kitchen. There is free time-limited parking 50 meters from the apartment and otherwise payment parking in the area. Festive apartments are not possible due to neighbors.

You will love my apartment full of light and sun, nice kitchen-living room in one, big bedroom and a lovely balcony with evening sun. It is placed 200 m from the water, 4 km from the shopping mall Fisketorvet and Fields and the supermarket "Netto" and “Spar” is just at the corner. Access to electric car, bike rental and public transport. A good way to travel is to take the harbour/water bus which can take into Nyhavn and the central Copenhagen, the opera house or The little Mermaid.

Welcome to my wonderful apartment in a calm street behind the lovely and lively Enghave Plads in Vesterbro. Enjoy the big west-facing balcony and the unique location in one of the nicest areas in Copenhagen. Only 2 min walk from Enghave Plads metro station and one stop from the Grand Central Station. This newly built guesthouse is located in a very special place in Kbh called Nokken close to the water ( waterfront) You feel like you're in the countryside while having restaurants and shopping options just around the corner . This tiny house is for those who like to relax when you're not walking around on streets . The landlord lives right next to the annex in his tiny house, so picking it up will always be helpful.
