The small apartment complex 'Casa Maria' is located in the green valley of Güimar on the south-east side of Tenerife. This apartment is located on the ground floor with a terrace in the front of the living room, as well as the garden with a lower terrace for sun loungers. In the interior of the apartment, the large bright and open-plan indoor area convinces with its cozy ambience, which combines living room, dining room and kitchen. One bedroom and a bathroom with washing machine make the apartment complete.

The cave house is carved in volcanic stone, providing an average temperature of 20º year-round. It is ideal to disconnect and recharge with good energy. Practice sports such as hiking, cycling, etc. in Teror and neighboring municipalities without giving up beach days from the north to the south of the island. The house is just a 5-minute drive from Teror and 10 minutes from the GC-3 highway that connects with the North/Center and South of the island, as well as with Tamaraceite that has all the amenities.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

The apartment is located in Gran Canaria on the Finca Cortez, which is about 3 km from San Bartolome in the mountains at an altitude of 1180 m; the district is called El Sequero Alto. The location is ideal for hikers, as the most famous hiking trails start or come from here. Superfast internet (fibre optics) is now available. Our service for hikers: we will be happy to pick you up in Tunte free of charge and of course bring you back there.
