A clean, modern apartment located on the seventh floor of an apartment building close to the heart of Claremont with views to the Swan River.
The space consists of a large open plan living room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen leading onto a balcony. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the other with two single beds. Both rooms have a wardrobe for storage. The bathroom/ laundry is spacious with a large bath tub. The toilet is separate to the bathroom.

  • Kyle's apartment is stylish and conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Communication with Kyle was quick and easy. Some guests may find the lack of air-con problematic in very hot weather, but the windows all face south and it's not far to the beach!

  • Incredible location next to the beach. You can even hear the ocean from the apartment and have brekkie with ocean view! Janet is a great host and responses quickly and with good tips what to do. Self check-in is easy and free parking is everywhere available. Appartement is clean and close to both Rottnest island ferry and CBD and Fremantle. Couldn’t have had a better location to stay.     The Yoga-Room is part of the ARIA Swanbourne 5star resort-style luxury apartment complex http://www.ariaswanbourne.com.au/ My one bedroom unit is on the 3rd level. It is quiet and you can enjoy a nice view. The minimum rental period is 3 months according to the regulations. Wifi is included but you need to pay your own water and electricity bill. There is secure parking, sauna, bbq/dining area, gym, and a yoga shala.
    You will love Yoga-Room because: -It is very peaceful and you can hear sometimes the surf at night -the sand beaches are pristine, and the sunsets are magic -Nice picniq spots along the river -you will enjoy the lush gardens by the pool -furnished in a minimalistic way to reduce mental distraction -very pleasant walk to the beach and cafes -public parks are close -easy access to public transport into CBD and Fremantle close by, -top golf course -dining area, sauna, yoga shala, bbq area, pool -Very friendly community -property manager on site 24/7 -secure parking

Cool vintage pieces.. a rare and original 1979 Habitat soft velvet sofa, Drexel coffee table and touches of leopard print and vintage cane and elite SMEG appliances and L’Occitane products, allows you to feel excited and pampered.   • Great little apartment. Directly across the road from the beach and about a 10-15min walk to the main restaurants and cafes of Cottesloe. Heaps of street parking and an overall amazing location. Janet was a great host and her list of local tips came in very handy. She was very easy to communicate with and she went the extra mile and left us a cheese plate and wine which was delicious after a long day of travel. The apartment was beautifully styled with big comfy bed and nice shower/bath. Overall very impressed and would definitely stay again.

Janet was a wonderful host who greeted us with a bottle of wine and some cheese and gave us treacherous tips about what to do and where to go and the best places to eat and have a drink in Cottesloe. The apartment is very clean and with a lot of heartfelt details. The view from the balcony is fantastic!!l We could enjoy the most amazing sunsets with a cold glass of wine.   • The apartment was absolutely perfect, beautifully curated into a vintage Parisian oasis and the location was unrivalled. The vibe was so tranquil, super stylish and cosy. Right on the beach with incredible sunset views every night without fail, we had the most idyllic time here. Janet was the best host and such an amazing person in general, she was easily contactable and extremely accommodating throughout.   • This apartment is older but very charming and in a fantastic location with a fabulous view, a balcony protected from the afternoon breeze, a bus stop out the front, the beach across the road and North Cottesloe beach a 10 minute walk with lovely cafes and restaurants - what’s not to like? Janet is responsive, helpful and a charming host offering many thoughtful touches to help settle in. I felt very refreshed after my time in Cottesloe. A wonderful summer hideaway. What this apartment and building lacks in shiney new amenity, it makes up for in charm, thoughtful furnishings and location, location, location!

    The studio is 4km to Cottesloe Beach, 10km to Perth CBD and 11km to Fremantle. These are easily reached from Claremont bus/train Station which is adjacent to the Claremont Quarter shopping centre offering high end fashion outlets, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and bars. Just a 5min walk. Claremont aqua centre and gym is 8min walk.

  • Wonderfull little 'cabin' studio in the back yard. Nothing fancy but very very comfortable, very very clean and very quiet and private. It was lovely to sit in the sun in the little private courtyard on a cool Spring day. If you turn out the gate to your right and just keep going you will be at the train station and shopping centre within 5 minutes, or continue straight ahead for 2-3 minutes and you are at the show ground. To the left of the station is the tennis courts, pools and golf course. Thank you Carol and George.

The beach, Perth CBD, Fremantle and other inner-city hubs, like Subiaco and Leederville, are just minutes away. The train station is 400 metres from the complex with a bus stop directly out the front.

    Claremont is a top-end inner-city suburb. The Claremont Quarter Shopping Centre is a boutique mall offering access to quality retail and grocery stores. Trendy cafés and restaurants are found within and around the mall. Claremont lake and the Swan river are close-by and are a nature-lovers-paradise. The lake offers native flora and birdlife, while the iconic Swan river is a beautiful, water-lovers playground. The amazing Perth coastline is only a few minutes drive from Claremont. Swim, sunbake, relax or stroll along Cottesloe and Swanbourne beaches. Watch the sunset over the ocean at one of the seaside bars and restaurants. Kings Park, Fremantle and Perth CBD are about 10-20 minutes drive and offer something special to every visitor.
  • Cozy apartment in Claremont which serves as an excellent place to explore Perth and it's surroundings from. Safe neighborhood. Ideal for couples! Place was sparkling clean when we arrived and had all the amenities you might need. We used the oven and stove and some basic cooking supplies available to whip up a dinner. Place also has a washing machine though we did not need to use it. Jenna is a fantastic and communicative host. We accidentally locked ourselves out one afternoon and she responded very promptly and had her friend drive down with the spare key so that we could go back into the apartment. (Much thanks again Jenna!) Overall, would highly recommend this apartment!

  • I echo the sentiments of previous reviews - Jenna’s place is great and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if visiting Perth again. The apartment was clean, comfortable (excellent bed in particular)and in an ideal location. Jenna was very prompt with communication, and kept in touch. Check in and out were both effortless. The apartment is self contained with everything you need (we stayed four nights) and I highly recommend for a couple or solo traveller.

It's literally across the road from a great shopping mall which has 2 good size supermarkets as well as loads of really cool shops. The property is within a 5 minute walk to bus stops and Claremont station. The beaches can be reached by bus or a very pleasant 25 minute walk. Perth CBD can be easily reached by bus or train in 15 minutes. I can genuinely recommend this place for a great stay in Perth. Jenna always responded to my questions in super-quick time.

    New modern and stylish private guesthouse with its own private entrance, quality fittings and european appliances (oven, cooktop and dishwasher). Close to beaches, the river, fashion precinct (Claremont Quarter), sporting precincts, major hospitals and the City. Quality brand new fittings, including rain shower and glass sliding wardrobe. There is also heating and air-conditioning. The guesthouse has been built to 6 star star energy rating and from December 2018 energy use during the day will be completely provided by solar power. My guesthouse is perfect for a relaxing, private getaway. Bathroom products are provided including shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash and also hair dryer. Towels and linen are high quality. Nespresso coffee machine, tea and milk also provided. Kitchen is fully equipped if you would like to cook during your stay. From November onwards upgrades to the guesthouse include queen bed, outdoor bbq for the courtyard and beach towels provided for the summer months. A trundle bed which sleeps 1 extra person is also available if needed ( you will need to make the booking for 3 people). The choice of beaches a short drive away are numerous. It's an old building, so think 'beach shack' rather than modern luxury living! Expect a friendly but mutually independent flatmate/house guest type vibe.
    Check the surf from bed; sip a vino in the loungeroom while watching the sunset; fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. The water is about 20m from your window, and there's nothing interrupting your view.

For the little one there was even a travel cot, a high chair and children's dishes. The grill on the large terrace is great. It takes only two minutes to walk to the beautiful beach and five minutes to the next train station. Liz is a very nice and courteous host who was always available.   • We really enjoyed our stay at Lee’s bungalow in Cott. The property was managed by a neighbour who introduced himself not long after we arrived. The house itself was spacious, stylish and well equipped (particularly the kitchen!). It was quite dark inside with limited natural light and dark paint in areas but we didn’t mind that as we spent most of our time outside. The garden area was a particular highlight with a great BBQ and eating area. The location was perfect for us - a short walk to the beach, walking distance to the train, an easy drive to the Rottnest Ferry and an easy Uber into Perth. Thanks, Lee!

Our hosts were very responsive, getting us an extra bath towel and an extra beach towel right away. I wish I'd had time for a soak with the bath salts. I needed to do a little laundry, and there were plenty of clothes pins for the line. We certainly had everything we needed and more.   • The Tree House is beautifully build and the inside is a true treasure. The outside facilities make a stay extra special. The family is very nice and hospitable! And the TransPerth station around the corner is a big plus. One note, nothing they can help, it was pretty hot during my stay and that made it slightly difficult to sleep or spend time inside the tree house. Also, if you don't have a car, it's about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Overall a great and very original place to stay!

  • This apartment is a really good place for a couple. It is a about a 10 minute walk to the shops and the very delightful restaurants. The apartment has all you need for self catering, which we did most nights after our days out exploring. A full size fridge/freezer which allows you store your supplies, instead of purchasing daily. The apartment is bright, roomy, and has all the home comforts you require. We found it easy to contact the host, and arrival and departure arrangements were made easy. The Windsor hotel is a great place for a well priced meal. The supermarket has 24/7 sign out the front, and is licenced. Down the street there is the Mend Street Jetty that runs a service every 10 minutes across to Elizabeth Quay Perth, which is at the bottom of the Perth CBD. The boats that take you on cruises from the Barrack St Jetties are just a short walk across when you get off the ferry from South Perth. This Elizabeth Quay area is very new and is still having improvements made. If you need a train, the railway station is here as well. We did not hire a car, and it was about $8-$10 for an Uber into Perth within 15 minutes. The apartment certainly ticks all the boxes, and we would recommend staying here.

  • Alex’s apartment is the absolute ideal place for an all round holiday to Perth- the beach is in walking distance with great meals and coffee to be enjoyed looking over the ocean- the city is within easy reach by bus or Uber and Empire village is an added bonus with 24/7 IGA, coffee shops and a wonderful outdoor food court where the locals are super friendly. The apartment is spotless and Alex is an incredibly thoughtful host with all the extras you find difficult to pack when flying in from abroad. We particularly enjoyed the outside living room especially for our leisurely breakfast reading the papers. The bed is super comfortable with beautiful linen and really fluffy towels in the bathroom. Storage is great, able to put all our things away, necessary when in a studio. We stayed here for 5 weeks and loved every minute. We will back again next year. We must book early to avoid disappointment as places like this are a rare gem.

Great little accommodation setup, no air-con though so be aware if you are staying in summer you have to rely on the ceiling fan as i did and it was over 40°C the first day I stayed. Beautiful backyard and nice quiet neighborhood. I was not around much due to a busy schedule but Cressey was very friendly and helpful. This place is great value for the money. Thanks Cressey.

    I have a little room with big ocean views available in my Cottesloe beachfront share apartment. It has a built in wardrobe, queen bed and mini heater/extra blankets if needed. It's an old building, so think 'beach shack' rather than modern luxury living! Expect a friendly but mutually independent flatmate/house guest type vibe.
    Check the surf from bed; sip a vino in the loungeroom while watching the sunset; fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. The water is about 20m from your window, and there's nothing interrupting your view.

    Location is exceptional- Parks, river and beaches (Swanbourne and Cottesloe) are close. Handy shopping (Claremont Quarter), cafes and eateries in the high street. The train (Perth/Fremantle), bus and car hire are within walking distance. The guest suite is thoughtfully and comfortably appointed with your needs in mind. We respect your privacy but are available with current and local knowledge if required. We welcome you to a great part of the world!
    The guest suite is a private one bedroom one bathroom (two toilets one upstairs and one down) apartment with its own kitchen and living space. It has a private outdoor space with BBQ. There is off street parking and your own private entrance. The suite is part of our overall property but locked off from the owners own living space.
    Swanbourne is located Perth's Western Suburbs. It has great access to beaches, shopping and public transport.

The open plan well equipped kitchen which includes fridge, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, cutlery and crockery, makes it easy to cook and feel at home. The modern lounge room is equipped with stereo, comfortable sofa, squashy cushions, candles, magazines that include fashion, food, lifestyle and interior design, to browse at and make yourself at home. The flat is heated and air-conditioned for your comfort. A small balcony with table and chairs is there to enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine.
    Mosman Park is a vibey little suburb. The flat is extremely well located. 530 mtrs to the most magnificent swimming beach. 1.2 kms to the river is straight down Glyde St. Fabulous eateries include Lily Bean Cafe, which boasts the best Chai you'll ever try! The cool Rodney's Bait and Tackle Bar, a must see as the interior is decorated like and old boat, with nibbles and live music. Sampson's Paddock has a sophisticated menu and outstanding wine list. A cozy warm outdoor fire and and squishy leather sofa is a must with a glass of red in hand. Yoga studio is a 5 minute walk. Sydel will welcome you. Also to be found is a gentleman's barber, hairdresser, beautician, antique shop, op shop and pizza.

You will always find someone to talk to. 200m to public transport and amenities. A stone throw to Fremantle, Port Beach and Swan River. Guest room (double bed) on first floor with shared bathroom (2 rooms-one bathroom).
    You enter the garden and immediately feel transferred to southern of France or Tuscany. Hide away and relaxe. Inside the house you will find a mixture of Swiss chalet and a fortress. Aircon cools your room, if the Fremantle doctor (name of a daily wind) don't do enough. The kitchen and open plan living room invite for healthy cooking.
    Palmyra is a very quiet and peaceful suburb with many little coffee shops adjacent to East Fremantle's core, the George Street!

    The apartment is very close to the Kings Park, and also very close to the city. The Kings Park has lots to offer for its guests. It is rich in Aboriginal and European history, contemporary culture and offers innovative design, displays and services. Kings Park also has an international reputation for scientific research and conservation. You will be able to spot over 3000 different species of the State's unique flora! The apartment is also only a street away from the Jacob's Ladder which will lead you out to the Mounts Bay road. You will spot lots of locals exercising on the series of stairs, as it has a beautiful view not many other stairs can offer. Once you make it down the stairs, then you can go for a stroll along Mounts Bay Rd with the Swan river to your side, and watch baby ducklings marching together (or perhaps running away from you) with their mum. You can usually spot black swans there too, a large waterbird that is also Western Australia's official bird emblem. Lastly, the Perth city is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. Once you pass the foot bridge that is right next to the entrance to the apartment, you will be led onto St George's Terrace and Milligan Street. There are lots of bars, cafes and restaurants on those streets (especially St George's Terrace) and most of them are locally owned with their own unique styles and vibes. If you would like to explore the heart of the Perth CBD then it is only a couple of blocks away from St George's terrace as well.
  • Easy access to marvelous Kings Park and Perth CBD. The building complex and the lift need some TLC but Sun's apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated with all amenities. The freeway is right underneath and can be disturbing for some people but we had no problem sleeping.

Host also provided excellent tips on travel info. The only negative is the lift which is small and can be a bit dirty. Either than that, everything is great.

The place makes the most of the space, with an extremely comfortable bed and considered amenities. There is parking downstairs, but be prepared to do a bit of strategic parking if the carpark is full. That said, the location is wonderful, so close to Kings Park and the city.
