Mountain Modern Barn

This unique space was a barn that we recently remodeled into a handicap accessible guest house. It is next to our main residence, with separate parking/entrance. Tall ceilings and beautiful natural light. Private side patio with a table and grill, views of the Big Hole and Teton Ranges. Primary bedroom has a king bed, TV on wall, and large bathroom connected. The bathroom is en-suite and access is thru primary bedroom. There is an upstairs bonus room that has a double bed for extra sleeping.

Your family and friends will enjoy this newer townhome nestled along the banks of Rainey Creek and right in the heart of Swan Valley. Take a relaxing stroll along the bridge to the town's grocery store, quaint boutiques, and be sure to grab a scoop(or two) of the famous square ice cream. As one of the best dry-fly fisheries in North America, Swan Valley provides excellent opportunities for world famous fishing, boating, hiking, and sight seeing.

Our place is close to Yellowstone Park, Jackson and the Wyoming border. The South Fork begins as it flows out of 20 mile long Palisades Reservoir in the community of Swan Valley, forming a 64-mile stretch of legendary tail-water fly-fishing. The South Fork is also a beautiful river for flat water rafting, canoeing and kayaking. Great hunting as well as snowmobiling and don't forget sight seeing! Please no smoking and no animals whatsoever.
