New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Relax with the family in this cozy home. The house is located at the end of a closed road with its own driveway and large garden. While the adults relax on the terrace, the children can play on the trampoline or in the playhouse. Should you feel like a dip, the house is about 300 meters from Roskilde Fjord, with a swimming bridge and mini beach for the little ones. The apartment is in the best place in Roskilde. Close to the street with shops, close to parks with green areas and a walk to the harbour, where you can swim. The apartment is lovely, neat and clean, located on the 1st floor with a French balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. The apartment contains a hallway, kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven. A bedroom with a double bed. Living room with dining area, TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. The last room is locked off, may not be used.

Welcome to this idyllic log cabin, with stunning views. Inside, you can enjoy the warmth from the wood stove. The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a large bathtub. Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful view or sit by the fireplace and enjoy nature. There are many good hiking trails in the area. The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

Annex with kitchenette, double bed (140 cm width) and bathroom with shower. Own entrance. Totally 22 m2. 1500 m to train station. 800 m to the marina with the Viking Ship Museum. 650 m to the Cathedral and Center. The warm heather that produceses the warm water in the annex is also producing warm water for the tap in the kitchenette. Therefore we suggest not to tap warm water for 10 minutes before having a shower as in this way you will have warm water for shower for about 10-12 minutes.

Possibility to charge an electric car for a fee. If you want to change the check-in/check-out time, this can be arranged.
